Beautifully remodeled kitchens and baths, with a cozy cottage like curb appeal. Come enjoy a relaxing stay in the quiet community of Thistle creek in Cibolo, TX. Just 5 minutes from the revitalized downtown area of Cibolo. With great shops, eateries, and live music on the weekends. Oh, don't forget some of the best BBQ in Texas!! This home is just big enough for 1-2 small families. Sleeping 7 Adults comfortably(4 beds plus a futon). 20 minutes from New Braunfels and Schlitterbahn water park, float the rivers, head to Fiesta Texas(30Min Drive), or enjoy the river walk in downtown San Antonio (30Min Drive). Conveniently located in the middle of all the action.
This property is minutes away from Randolph AFB and a perfect place to stay while here on TDY or training. We love serving military families!

We loved our stay in Cibolo and much of what we liked was Sunrose Cottage. The neighborhood was lovely and only minutes from my sister and brother-in-law. The house was perfect for us and our two small dogs really enjoyed having a yard to explore. The house was perfect for cooking. The bed was comfortable with a great shower. Overall, just a great stay!

Great place to stay around San Antonio

The Sunrose Cottage is a very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood. The location is perfect for anything from visiting with family to seeing the sights. Easy driving to San Antonio and the Riverwalk or Gruene and The Gristmill. HEB and Walmart are less than a ten minute drive away and there are many close restaurants to chose from. The host was always responsive and friendly. We will definitely choose the Sunrose Cottage again!

Total archery challenge

We stayed for an event for archery, walking across terrain and shooting targets. It was nice to go to the house and relax after each day of the event. The house itself was wonderful!

Super cute and clean! Perfect for our group. Easy and quick access to Walmart, HEB, and highway, but secluded and quiet neighborhood. Great location for us as we visited the riverwalk one day and floated the Comal the next.

Fulfilled my expectations

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had before arrival. Upon arrival, I noticed the neighborhood was clean and quiet. The house is cute from the outside so I was immediately pleased. Inside the house was exactly as described and CLEAN! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to cook whatever you may want. Nice big propane bbq out back with a small seating area to enjoy the not so hot Texas mornings. The only thing I noticed is the ice/water dispenser from the fridge doesn’t work or isn’t hooked up so bring your own ice and filtered water. No big deal for me. The house is well decorated and stocked with everything we needed. I was pleased with the house and would stay again. Thank you Brandon!

Hope to come back someday

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely rental. It was a perfect fit for our family! The thoughtful details throughout really helped us feel more “at home” while away from our home. I especially loved the positive decor, the beds were amazingly comfortable, and there were even additional items for small children if needed, and the location is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. The owners are easily reached and were so helpful when we had questions. I definitely recommend this vacation rental to all who are looking for a home away from home.
