Fantastic condo!

We had a hiccup in the beginning of our stay and we are so thankful that our host not only fixed the problem she went above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable and great stay!! You can’t get a place any closer to the water! It’s a fantastic condo! We stayed 3 weeks and were very comfortable. We will definitely book again.

Beautiful location

Right on the water. Gorgeous ocean views with crashing waves and clean salty air. The pool was a nice amenity. Easy to navigate around the island.

Beautiful little condo, amazing view

Exactly as shown in the photos, perfect for a couple, excellent pool, sunrise from the patio is spectacular. Double check the facility access code, it changed between when the property manager gave it to us and arrival resulting in having to track down the condos maintenance guy to get on the property. But other than that, 10/10 would stay again both in this unit and this development

AMAZING PEOPLE, WEATHER, AND WAVES

THE CONDO WAS PERFECT, CLOSE TO THE PALMS IF YOU WANT TO WALK TO EAT. COMFORTABLE BED, NICE KITCHEN, TV (WE DIDN'T USE) WALK OUT AND BE AT THE OCEAN....AMAZING OCEAN BREEZE.....WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Brand new kitchen. Comfortable, clean living room furnishings. Never ran out of hot water and water pressure was great. Faces the water and is steps from the sea.

Great ocean front spot

Cruzan Princess X1 Excellent sea front view- any closer and it would be in the ocean. Loved the sunrise over East end of island and the beauty of the waves in the crystal blue ocean. Beach is small but tidy. In Dec, the waves are pretty high - better suited for wading than swimming or snorkeling Pool is excellent , well maintained and had decent loungers. Was never too busy while we were there. Super cool A/C in living room and bedroom. WiFi was strong throughout- but suggest using the wireless that doesn’t have a “5G” on the end (same password) when on the patio for stronger signal. The box on the deck had some beach gear- the ones we used most were two folding chaise chairs. Kitchen well appointed with dishes, utensils, pots/pans, coffee maker - even had a few spices and other items. Bathroom has nice tiled shower with hot water. They supplied towels, wash clothes, and even have a couple of beach towels too. The medicine chest over the sink allows some storage to avoid crowding on the sink. Bed was comfy and there are plenty of pillows and sheets. Plenty of US style electrical outlets with power strips on both bedside tables and on the dresser. The closet is small but works fine for a vacation stay - plus there are many drawers that can store as well. Both TVs worked well for streaming - I mainly streamed Spotify music from my account since I didn’t come to STX to watch TV. Does not have a cable or over-the-air TV hookup.

Fabulous!

My husband and I had a great time at this condo. My only complaint, and the only reason I didn’t put 5 star overall rating was being woken up by someone using a chainsaw to trim palm leaves on the property at night. Thankfully this was a one night thing. View is great (not a sunset view, but a sunrise view). Beach area is small and there’s a lot of sea grass. Not great for swimming in the ocean but there is the pool.

Very welcoming!

Very nice place, View with coffee every morning was stunning. The pool was nice with quiet surroundings. The local residents were friendly and shared helpful information. Our host Robin was very helpful as well.

Beautiful Getaway Condo Right on the Beach

Was beautiful once we found the place, roads need better lighting and signs. Traffic communication was lacking making it difficult to navigate. This condo was gorgeous and just as advertised, lots of amenities and fully stocked linens. Could not ask for more from this condo.

Refreshing & Recharging

The photos clinched it. But to tell you about the peaceful and amazing serenity this place captures for you is unbelievable. You have to experience it. The sound of nature is right outside with the waves more soothing than any iPhone app. And the breeze! It was so nice I had to extend my stay by a week :) thanks to Robin for all the great communication as well!!

Great view!

An amazing view. I left the glass doors open almost the entire time that I was there. The view of the ocean and the sound of the sea offered pure tranquility and some of the best sleep I’ve ever had.
