The place was absolutely beautiful! Had everything one needs to enjoy your home away from home. The view from the deck was amazing. You can walk to the beach and there is a restaurant on the beach that is walkable. The host was extremely helpful and timely with any questions I had throughout the experience. Highly recommended!

This condo was very well-stocked! Last year I stayed in the same complex for a month, and I had to buy a lot of my own supplies. NOT here- it had everything. Lots of beach towels and chairs, too! The owner was also a great communicator. We also enjoyed the gas grill on the patio.

Nice and Homely

If I take my shoes off and walk bare-footed inside, then I am comfortable. Indeed I was. This was a nice unit. It was stocked with everything you could possibly need, including beach towels and toys, sunscreen, lawn and beach chairs, detergent, body wash, Yeti drinking cups, you name it, it was there. The owner really thought of everything. Best of all, was the view and sound of the beach right in our backyard, and morning coffee on the cozy patio.

Perfect Getaway

This was a perfect location for us, even though we were not really able to use the beach in front of the property due to rip currents. This property was ideally set very close to the water, easy driving access to other beaches, restaurants, grocery and towns.

The property is in an absolutely amazing location with a fantastic view of the water from the balcony. It has everything you need. Bonus, artwork from the host is amazing. Would happily rent this unit again next time we are in St Croix.

Great rental. Just as described. Clean unit with beach items also. Everything we needed for our stay. Only downside was lots of seaweed on property beach. But after talking w some permanent residents, that it just came in when Elsa passed by and is not typical. Overall great stay.

Perfect!

Out stay @ 204 was just perfect! It was our first time to the Island and this location was perfectly in between. The unit has everything you need! Don't go to the market until you have checked out the supplies. It was so nice to not have to waste money on spices, tp, pt, dish soap etc. It was super clean and well kept. Nice dishes, Silverware, knives, every kind of dish you need. The pool here is nice and quiet. Nicely kept up. The groundsmen do a great job keeping the place kept up. We were fortunate enough to be in town while The Palms next door had a band and fire dancers. What a treat! I would definitely rent this unit again. You won't be disappointed!

Amazing Vacation !!

This was our first trip to St. Croix !! It was my husband, myself, our 2 boys ( ages 6 and 4 ) and my parents. This condo was perfect for us!! It was just perfect size, clean and fully stocked with everything we needed! I spoke with the owner several times with questions on planning our trip and he was always very quick to respond and very helpful with info about the island! We highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again !! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Rating all the way!

Spacious, well-equipped, and well-located.

The stay was delightful and by the end of the week, it felt a bit like home. The unit was very comfortable and the owner did a great job of supplying all the little conveniences that are sometimes missing in other properties—plenty of beach towels, beach chairs, toilet paper, hair dryers, etc. The ocean breezes enabled us to go most of the time with no air conditioning. We enjoyed breakfasts and evening cocktails on the spacious and private balcony. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied, including things like paper towels, garbage bags, cleaners and other things we usually have to buy separately. The unit’s central location made getting around the island easy. All the major attractions and nice restaurants were within a reasonable driving distance. Only two minor complaints: The cleaning crew could have done a better job on the glass table tops of the dining room table and living room coffee table. They were both very filmy. Also, the operation of the TV was difficult to fathom. This normally wouldn’t have bothered us, but our stay included Super Bowl Sunday. We had to call the owner for help, who was very pleasant.

We stayed here for a week and were extremely impressed. The apartment was wonderfully organized, and everything worked, with careful and clear instructions to guide us when we arrived. The apartment is spacious, with a nice balcony to sit and look at the ocean. When the power failed after a storm, we were able to easily access multiple battery lights and candles. We have stayed in Pelican Cove before, and the condo complex is really a magical place, which serves as a delightful, safe and relaxing base to explore St Croix. This apartment was the best one we have stayed in at Pelican Cove.

Fantastic property, location and accessories

My wife and I spent our first vacation in st. Croix last week. Rented the property and contacted Steve, the owner, for additional information. He was hugely helpful with acclimating us to the area and giving hints about what is available. The condo is extremely well furnished, the view of the ocean is fantastic. It is located close to Christiansted. We very much enjoyed the swimming pool and the closeness to restaurants. We would definitely go back to St Croix and would definitely consider this location again. Thanks Steve!

Perfect

The condo is beautiful, comfortable, and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Quick drive to downtown C'sted, Cane Bay, Sunny Isle, and the airport. Pretty view from the balcony with a nice beach. Gas station/convenience store just up the road, and Food Town grocery store minutes away (reasonably priced with a good selection). The owner was responsive and provided us with detailed driving directions and information about the condo. Highly recommend and plan to stay here again in the future.

Great condo on beautiful property

Just returned from 4 night stay with 3 teenagers. The condo is very nice, well-kept, clean, quiet, and I appreciate all the extra stuff you normally have to buy - like laundry detergent, napkins, beach towels, etc. We also used the beach bags, pool toys and cooler. The property is very nice. It was very quiet which I was a little surprised since it is spring break season, but neverthless we enjoyed having the restaurant on site, the pool, beach, and being in a central location on the island, it was easy to get to both sides, and a quick ride to Christiansted.

Other than not having electricity, the property is well equipped with all the essentials of home. Couple of things that needs attention is the broken floor tiles and tears in the screen door of the living room. Nice view of the ocean. Well kept.

Great Condo!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and nice. There was plenty of space for our family of five. The view from the large back deck is beautiful. The condo was very clean & the owner has put some thought into the things they have stocked it with to make your trip easier & more enjoyable. We really enjoyed the show and buffet that the adjoining hotel hosts on Monday night. We also really enjoyed the huge pool at the condo. The beach is a little rougher & harder to swim at because of rock & coral than other beaches we found on the island, but still nice. Overall a great place that I would highly recommend.

The property was clean, quiet and safe

I was impressed with not only the property, but the awesome communication from the beginning with Steve the owner and throughout my stay. The condo had everything you could possibly want and need. The electrical company through a bit of a monkey wrench in our stay with an outage, but we were able to find batteries, flashlights and lanterns with no problem. Whenever I return to stx, this would be the first place I check for availability.
