Welcome to our 4-bedroom house located in the heart of the bustling central city of Christchurch.



Designed with families in mind, our home offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your next stay. The house features 4 spacious bedrooms, three with 3 queen-sized bed and the other with two singles, both with plush bedding to ensure a great night's sleep.



With it's central location, every shop and dine is reachable.



The Space:

Experience modern living in this stunning 4-bedroom townhouse featuring a spacious kitchen, elegant dining area, and cozy lounge.



Please note there is NO dedicated parking, there paid options directly across the road. This unit is next to a bar, so on weekends it can get loud. We have added white noise machines to each bedroom.

Residents of Central City Christchurch enjoy the convenience of living in close proximity to the city's top shopping, dining, and entertainment options, as well as easy access to public transportation. The area also boasts beautiful parks, gardens, and open spaces.



Central city living, night life, busy roads may create potential noise later than usual.



Getting Around:

Taxi or Rideshare: You can book a taxi or use a ridesharing service like Uber or Lyft to reach your destination. Simply open the relevant app on your smartphone, enter your current location, and set 1/240 Saint Asaph Street as your destination.



Walking: If you are already in the central city area, and the distance is manageable, walking can be a convenient option. Use a map app to guide you towards 1/240 Saint Asaph Street.

Parking is available from $5 per night from 9pm -8:30am. Be very careful not to park without paying.

Next to a bar, we have added white noise machines, on Friday and Saturday night we do not recommended for young families or those not planning for an early night.
