This stylish, single-level studio offers an open-concept layout that combines the kitchenette, living with a dedicated workspace, and bedroom area. The Queen-sized bed ensures a restful night’s sleep for two guests.

Kitchenette:
The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, small fridge, toaster, and a hot water kettle. You’ll also find extras like instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, and some sweet treats.

Bed:
Experience a luxurious night’s sleep on the Queen-sized bed, featuring a plush topper and freshly laundered sheets. All linens will be provided and ready for your arrival.

Lift Access:
No lugging suitable up stairs. You have keypad gate access to the lift and then straight to your single level studio.

Work station:
It includes a desk with a lamp and a comfy desk chair for remote work.

Wi-Fi:
Enjoy fast, reliable Wi-Fi for both work and leisure activities.

TV:
The 50" smart TV not only has Live programs but you can also log into your favourite streaming platforms.

Balcony:
Relax on your balcony equipped with outdoor seating for your enjoyment. Please note this is shared with Unit A - there is a cloth divide.

The studio features wall-panel heater to adjust the temperature to your liking, and an additional portable fan.

Laundry Facilities:
Please note the washing machine and dryer facilities are in the common area and are shared with Unit A.

Situated in a prime location, you’re within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making it an ideal base to explore the city.

Whether you're relaxing after a day of sightseeing or enjoying a quiet night in, this studio has everything you need for a memorable stay.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property does not include any allocated carparks, there is street parking only.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living Townhouse. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The Townhouse is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.

Additionally, parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.

Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.

Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
