Welcome to our beautiful 2x 3-storey townhouses side by side! This property combines two adjacent 3-storey homes, creating a spacious 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom space ideal for groups and families. Please note that youâll have full access to both townhouses, as they are next to each other within the same complex.
âą The ground floor features an open layout, connecting the kitchen, living, and dining areas to a fenced deck with outdoor seating, ideal for enjoying drinks and snacks in the afternoon sun. Please note one townhouse has the Dining area on the top floor with a balcony.
One house has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor.
âą The laundry includes a washing machine with laundry powder provided, along with a clothes airer and clothesline for your convenience.
âą One property in the living room offers a sofa bed with a comfortable mattress for 2 additional guests, ensuring your extra guest can sleep in comfort. Please note sofa bed linen is an additional fee.
