The Space:

Paradise Villa is single-storey and consists of an open-plan living space with kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, a dining area with seating for four guests and a sitting area with Smart TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite bathroom and a double, along with a shower room. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels included in the rent. Outside there is an enclosed side courtyard with furniture, a rear enclosed garden with lawn and furniture, plus off-road parking for two cars. Please be aware that CCTV is in operation outside the property. The camera is positioned solely to monitor activity on the driveway for security purposes. One or two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Please note that electric vehicle (EV) charging is strictly not permitted at this property. This includes the use of domestic sockets or extension leads for charging purposes. Within a two minute walk you will find shops and pubs, within 0.9 miles you will find a dog-friendly beach. Explore the wonders of Dorset with a stay at Paradise Villa. The Neighborhood:

This idyllic coastal town comes as a borough of the stunning town of Christchurch, its position on the English Channel coast give it a uniquely mild climate. Highcliffe was a popular seaside resort in the Victorian era, its attractive High Street provides an excellent range of first-class amenities to make the most of. There are many notable attractions in the town which include the dramatic Highcliffe Castle, the beautiful Steamer Point Nature Reserve and a glorious stretch of sandy beach which looks out towards the 'Needles' of the Isle of Wight. Nearby is the spectacular New Forest National Park, bursting with wildlife and activities to enjoy. The wonderful town of Christchurch is close by, boasting a multitude of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as a choice of museums. Another popular nearby spot is the ever-popular seaside resort of Bournemouth which promises a memorable visit with its many attractions including a splendid sandy beach with its pier.
