Street parking is available nearby on London Street â no dedicated parking is provided. Access is via gate at the building entrance, followed by a door code at the apartment front door.
The apartment sits on the upper floor, reached by a single flight of stairs. All living spaces are on one level, making it easy to settle in. The fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, everything you need to cook, and a dining area with wine glasses and table seating. The living room is comfortable with a sofa, TV, and dedicated dining space. A split-system air conditioner keeps the kitchen and living area cool in summer and warm in winter.
The bedroom features a super king bed with a built-in open wardrobe and a split-system air conditioner for year-round comfort. The full bathroom is shared and fitted with a shower and all essentials.
Laundry is located within the apartment. A washing machine and dryer are available, along with a drying rack, iron, and hangers.

Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Excessive rubbish left at check-out may result in an additional cleaning fee of $75.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
