We welcome parties and events at our property! However, to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, the following fees and conditions apply:

Bond Fee:
Amount: $500
Details: This is a refundable bond that will be returned in full, provided no damages are found after your stay.

Event Fee:
Amount: $250
Details: This is a non-refundable fee for hosting events at the property.

Rubbish Management Fee:
Amount: $250
Details: This fee is refundable if the property is left clean and free of excessive rubbish or debris after your stay.

Additional Terms
All fees will be collected before check-in.
Guests are expected to follow house rules and respect the property.
The refundable portions (Bond Fee and Rubbish Fee) will be processed within 5 days after check-out if no damages or violations are reported.

Portacot and high chair are available upon request for a small fee of $25.
