★ This stylish, single-level 2-bedroom apartment with a sofa bed (extra cost for linen) offers an open-plan design that seamlessly integrates the kitchen, dining, living, and workspace areas. The first bedroom with Queen-sized bed guarantees a restful sleep for two, the second bedroom is a studio featuring a Queen-sized bed, which comfortably accommodates two guests, and the quality sofa bed provides additional space for 1-2 extra guests (please note that there is an additional charge for the sofa bed).

• Fully Equipped Kitchen:
The kitchen comes fully stocked with modern appliances, cookware, and everything you need to prepare meals. Extras include instant and plunger coffee, black and peppermint tea, drinking chocolate, milk, sugar, salt, pepper, and a selection of sweet treats. Please note one apartment has a full kitchen and the other has a kitchenette

• Bed:
Rest comfortably on the Queen-sized bed, complete with a plush topper and freshly laundered sheets. All linens are provided and ready for your arrival.

• Lift Access:
No need to carry suitcases up stairs! You’ll have lift access directly from your car to your single-level apartment.

• Car Park:
There is one dedicated parking space within a gated complex ensuring easy access to and from the apartment. Please note that for additional cars, street parking is available.

• Wi-Fi:
Enjoy fast and reliable Wi-Fi, perfect for both work and leisure.

• TV:
Relax with two 50" smart TV offering live programs and streaming services for your entertainment.

• Bathroom:
The full-sized bathroom features a shower, toilet, heated towel rail, vanity and mirror, and includes hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels.

• Balcony:
Step out onto your private balcony, furnished with outdoor seating, perfect for a relaxing break. There is cloth divide between Unit A and Unit B

Laundry Facilities:
Located in the communal access way between Unit A and Unit B. Washing Machine and Dryer.

Guests will have exclusive access to the entire property during your stay. It will be fully cleaned and prepared for your arrival and you will find everything you need to make your stay comfortable.
There is high-speed internet throughout the property.

Carebnb provide a contactless check-in process. Prior to your arrival we will send detailed instructions on how to enter the property, including door codes and Wi-Fi passwords.

We are local and available to assist with any issues that may arise. Carebnb is committed to making your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible.

Upon check-out, you can leave the property on your own.

The property has 1 allocated parking space. For your second car, there is street parking available.

City Noise - Please note this is a city living apartment. Its near the road and some intersections and has usual city noises. Pedestrians walking past, cars driving and the occasional siren. The home is much quieter with the windows closed. If you are a light sleeper, ear plugs are recommended.

Please note we can facilitate early check-ins/late check outs. there is an extra cost of $10 per hour with maximum of 2 hours. extra cost is to cover express cleaning. Subject to availability.
We have strict rules in place to ensure a peaceful stay for all guests and neighbours. Please refrain from making loud noise outside between the hours of 10pm and 7am. If you are unable to comply with this rule, we kindly ask that you do not book with us.
Additionally parties or gatherings are not allowed, any unauthorised gatherings will result in immediate cancellation with no refund.
Check out time is 10am and late checkouts must be requested 24hours in advance.
Smoking is prohibited inside the property and any damages or extra cleaning caused by smoking or pets will result in a $200 fee. We expect the house to be left in a reasonable condition and any additional cleaning required will be charged at $60 per hour.
Any damages, spills or stains must be reported and may result in a charge for replacement or cleaning.
