The Space:
Villa Beyond-Namaste is perfect for parties, corporate functions, family reunions, weddings, or photoshoots. We can easily accommodate 32 people without extra beds and up to 40 or more with extra beds.
Our team can help organize small weddings, parties, and events without the need for an expensive event planner. For larger events, we work seamlessly with professional event organizers.

Villa Beyond-Namaste is nestled in the lush green hillside and offers stunning panoramic views overlooking Bang Tao and the Andaman Sea. Hidden away at the end of a private road, it is just minutes from Bangtao and Surin Beaches.
The villa features two infinity pools, two spectacular rooftop entertainment areas, and two separate living room areas, with a dedicated team of staff who ensure a restful and luxurious stay. The friendly staff will enhance the villa-living experience, providing a memorable stay for all guests.

Villa Beyond-Namaste offers enough space to accommodate events for up to 100+ people in its single-level lounge, dining, and pool terrace area. This allows large groups plenty of room to come together, while also providing ample space to relax in separate groups if desired.
The indoor and outdoor dining tables offer ample space to dine for 30 or more people, so everyone in your group can enjoy meals together, served by our in-house chef and villa staff.

Indoor Space
The direct sea views from Villa Beyond-Namaste are breathtaking, visible not only from the common areas but from 13 of the 16 ensuite bedrooms. Set on a lush green hillside, bordering a waterfall and facing the Andaman Sea, the villa exudes a cool, calm, and serene ambiance. Guests are attended by a team of welcoming staff to ensure a restful and luxurious stay.
The 16-bedroom suites provide discreet hideaways with large, comfortable beds and panoramic views, particularly from the 3 master suites, each featuring a massive soaker tub big enough for two. Every bedroom is equipped with a Sonos sound system, and Internet TV can be set up in the rooms upon request.
The villa’s interior is stylish and simple, with neutral color schemes and plush fabrics. The elegant furnishings are custom-made, and the Asian-influenced sculptures and original art pieces enhance the modern, minimalist decor.

Each villa has its own indoor lounge area, with bi-folding doors that open up directly to the pool, enabling large groups to separate into different areas if needed. Families can relax in one lounge while the kids enjoy the other.

Outdoor Areas
With a total of 4 outdoor terraces and 2 separate rooftop areas, there is plenty of room for large groups to find a quiet place to relax or join the main group in the villa's main lounge area.

The villa stretches gracefully across four levels, offering guests an abundance of space. Guest Access:
The villa’s 16 generously sized, air-conditioned ensuite bedrooms are arranged over four levels, offering discreet, private accommodation. Eleven of the bedrooms have ocean views, while two have garden views.

Nine bedrooms are fitted with King beds, one with a Queen bed, and six with Super King beds, which can be set up as two large single beds for those who prefer not to share a bed.

Every bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom, a dressing area, an outside terrace, and a Sonos music system, allowing you to play different music in each bedroom.

The villa comfortably sleeps 32 people in the 16 ensuite bedrooms, with extra beds available to accommodate up to 10 more people.

Each bedroom is equipped with hair dryers, soaps, conditioners, and a safety deposit safe.

The villa features two 6-meter dining tables, enabling 30 people to dine together on one level.

Amenities include two infinity pools, two complete Western kitchens, two outdoor Thai kitchens, a villa gym, and a games area with Mahjong and Ping-Pong tables.

The villa has two 65” flat-screen TVs and 42” TVs available in the bedrooms.

There are two complete dining areas, both with the option for indoor or outdoor dining. Breakfast or meals can be served separately in each dining area, or all together in the expansive dining area of Villa Beyond. A full wine and spirits menu is also available.
The chef is happy to make suggestions for Thai dishes and will shop at local markets for the freshest ingredients. If you have any special requests or dietary needs, just let the chef or villa manager know.

Electricity Usage: Included up to 400 units per day, which is sufficient for normal use when the air conditioning is turned off when not in use. Excess usage will be charged at 7 Baht per unit.
1 Round-Trip Airport Transfer: Includes a two 13 - minibus with driver.
Full Villa Staff: This includes a Villa Concierge Manager, Villa Manager, Chef, and a dedicated housekeeping team.
Note: The villa is equipped with large solar panels, which significantly reduce electricity costs.

Security Deposit
A security deposit of $2,500 USD (or equivalent currency) is required upon arrival.
