• One round-trip airport transfer

 – One 12-seat minibus

 – Pick-up and drop-off must be at the same time



Villa Staff & Services

• Daily service from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

 – Chef & Maid

• Evening service available until 9:00 PM

• Late service (after 9:00 PM): THB 300 per hour per person

• Early services before 7:00 AM are available upon request

• Villa Manager: On-site and on-call 24 hours a day for any assistance a day for any assistance.

• Ingredients charged at cost + 20% service charge

💳 Payment & Check-in Notes:

• Cash only at the villa (meals, minibar, additional charges)

• Security Deposit: USD 1,500 (cash or credit card)

• Passports required at check-in for immigration registration

By law, the property must register all foreign guests with Thai Immigration within 24 hours of arrival. If we are unable to complete this registration, the authorities may impose a fine of THB 20,000 per person in the event of an inspection
