These will be the responsibility of the tenants during their stay, in order to raise awareness among all guests about living together harmoniously. Q: Is there any construction near the villa?
A: Yes â there is construction in front of the property, but it is not visible from the villa. Depending on the day, any disturbance may be light or occasionally a little more noticeable, but it remains limited.
Q: Will this affect my stay?
A: We have already factored this into the price. You are currently enjoying a 30% discount on the usual rate â and if you book at least two months in advance, the discount increases to 50%.
Q: What about comfort?
A: It remains intact. You still enjoy your private pool, your jacuzzi for moments of absolute relaxation, and the calm of our lush tropical garden.
Q: Will I keep my peace and privacy?
