It has its own private pool fresh water.
Three bedroom one with en suite double bed-second bedroom has a double bed the third has two signal beds.
It’s has a separate Bathroom and loo.

Villa Simone is ideally located just off the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay. The villa is approached through lockable gates and has off road parking. The private pool and sunny garden has a fenced and walled perimeter for your privacy. The ground floor is open plan, bright, pleasantly
furnished, and overlooks the pool and garden. There are 2 comfy sofas, a stylish dining set for 6 persons, and a TV with satelite. The kitchen and utility area's are well equipped for your self catering needs. There is a guest w.c. on the ground floor. The fine split staircase leads to a galleried landing where there are 3 bedrooms and a family bathroom. There is a twin bedroom, and 2 double bedrooms with a balcony with views of the Mediterranean sea, (one has an en-suite bathroom). A luxury villa in a lovely corner of Cyprus, ideal for families or those wanting to share a villa. Wedding groups welcome. Wifi. Air con in bedrooms only.

The villa is in Chloraka, just off the coast between Paphos and Coral Bay. Just a 10 minute drive to most tourist attractions: Tombs of the Kings, Paphos Harbour, Coral Bay beach, Paphos driving range, diving and water sports. Arrive at the villa from Paphos airport in just 30 minutes. Golf locations just 30

The only thing is the trees are no longer there and mosquito net have been fitted.
The photo were going to be up dated last year but owning to the pandemic we can not go out .
Local restaurants are only five minutes drive away you will need a car at times there is a good bus service .
The villa is fitted with air conditioning.
The rear garden as now been converted from stone to tiles .
