Apartment was renewed with natural wood elements and special design that gives a comfortable vibe, the apartment feels spacy. From the window there is a pleasant view of the sunsets.

The location is in a very secure place near police department, so you can feel safe for you and your car.

There is a big TV 55" with Android box, with hundreds of top channels.

The apartment is at access to public transport, supermarkets, restaurants, bars on the neighbor street Bulevardul Moscovei.
The space
Unique design, for the lovers of something special, i've personally worked on the remodelling of this apartment to make it non-generic and comfortable.
Other things to note
Chișinău is a city built on 7 hills, the buildings built have different entries for some apartments at the first level, therefore my apartment is one of the apartments built specifically on the first level, where you enter by going downstairs, and the apartment windows are slightly above the floor level, with large windows which opens an astonishing view of the sunsets/sunrises.
