As you walk through the front door, you are greeted with a calming and peaceful atmosphere. With two good sized bedrooms - 1 King and 2 Singles, there is space to stretch out and unpack for everyone. The family bathroom is complete with a bath and shower. Next door is the open plan living room with a charming woodburning stove which is the real centrepiece of the room, inviting you to sink into the sofa after a long day`s exploring the Cotswolds AONB. With picturesque villages of Woodstock, Kingham and Bourton On The Water only a short drive away. Soho Farmhouse is only 3 miles away (less than 5 minutes drive/taxi) and Blenheim Palace only 18 mins away.

We are a pet friendly listing but only 1 dog per stay allowed please.

Please note:
We verify your details before your booking can begin and this must be completed 48 hours prior to your stay. You’ll receive a secure link to our deposit, damage waiver and ID verification platform to complete this step. You’ll be given the choice between paying a fully refundable £300 deposit (with a small, non-refundable £4.70 fee for UK cards or £9.00 for international cards) or purchasing a non-refundable £30 damage waiver, which protects you against accidental damage up to £300 during your stay. Check-in information will only be sent once this is completed.
