Perry Cottage is a beautifully presented holiday cottage near Chipping Campden, which sleeps 2 guests in a well-appointed bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Formally part of a cider mill, this open-plan Cotswold stone converted cottage beautifully combines traditional character with contemporary style, with original wooden beams, stunning exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak flooring, and a cosy wood burning stove. Immaculately furnished in a warm, contemporary style, this single storey property has a tranquil south-facing garden, which overlooks an orchard, making this a great spot for enjoying home cooked meals in the summer sunshine. Perry Cottage is a dog friendly holiday home, suitable for two well-behaved dogs!

This one bedroom holiday cottage in Paxford is perfectly suited for a couple or a small family seeking to explore the local countryside and eateries. The accommodation is laid out as follows:

Features include exposed Cotswold stone walls, oak flooring, exposed beams, wood burning stove, large corner sofa, dining table with seating for four, DAB radio with iPod speaker dock, Smart TV with apps (account holders only), soundbar & DAB radio with Bluetooth

Well presented with underfloor heating and direct access to the patio and garden. Amenities include an electric ceramic hob and oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and Aeroccino milk frother

Bedroom with ensuite (Sleeps 2)
A warm and inviting room with a high ceiling and exposed timber beams. Amenities include a super king size bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and a dressing table with stool
Ensuite with underfloor heating, walk-in shower, bath, loo and basin

Outside
Private, fully enclosed garden with large lawn and a natural stone patio area, home to an outdoor table and chairs, two rattan recliner chairs with footstools, plus a charcoal barbecue. Guests are also permitted to store bicycles in the Summer House. This peaceful south-facing garden also backs onto an apple orchard and has lovely countryside views.

The maximum occupancy for this property is two guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by one additional infant (aged 2 or under)

Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars
Electric charging point (guests will need to download the Project EV pro app to charge and pay) 
Travel cots and highchairs are not provided, so guests will need to bring these with them

A very enjoyable stay

A lovely cottage, beautifully presented to a high standard and in an idyllic location tucked behind the lovely village of Paxford. The garden was perfect for our dog with great country views. Lots of great local walks and in the perfect location to visit Chipping Camden, Broadway and the nearby villages of Blockey and Ebrington

Perfect!

We had a fantastic time at Perry Cottage. It was the perfect place for us - being a little bit out of the way, but close enough to visit all the main places, log burner to warm by in the evenings, full equipped with everything you may need, cozy and dog walks straight from the door. The icing on the cake was seeing the deer and other wildlife in the orchard behind the garden - amazing! Can’t wait to book to come and stay again!

A Great Holiday Cottage

We enjoyed our stay at Perry Cottage, the garden is excellent with comfortable garden chairs and well fenced for our small dog. The Cottage was warm and comfortable and the bed was exceptionally both in size and comfort.

Beautifully situated comfortable cottage.

Set in such an idyllic part of the country, Perry Cottage was the ideal base to explore the many Cotswolds villages. The cottage was comfortable and contained everything needed for an enjoyable stay. The dog friendly garden ensured a safe and relaxed environment for dog and humans alike. We would definitely return should we be visiting the area again.

The cottage and location were wonderful. The backyard was private and peaceful, the cottage was clean and everything was functional. We were greeted by a refrigerator stocked with eggs, butter and milk along with a fresh loaf of bread. There is a complete folder with local activities and shops. We did a 9 mile hike and loved.

Perry Cottage

Perry Cottage is a beautiful barn conversion which was ideal for our stay. It was very comfortable and clean and had all the amenities for a wonderful stay. We particularly enjoyed the garden with it's lovely view over the orchard. It was very reassuring that it was completely fenced and safe for our dog.

Nice spot to visit Cotswokds

Very nice house, well equipped for 2 with even a milkfrother! ( I was take one myself). The stove was rather slow for my liking to do any exact cooking but it is a holiday so no worries. Nice and quiet spot with EV and garden for our dog.

Outstanding little cottage

Perry Cottage was even nicer than the photos. It was warm, cosy and comfortable, we enjoyed using the log burner. The garden was lovely, with a rural outlook,we can imagine how lovely it would be relaxing there in the warmer months. Plenty of wonderful walks locally.

Perfect

A perfect location for a really relaxing break - beautifully presented inside with all you need! Cosy and clean with a great outlook at back watching the birds and montjac Deer - south facing so great for sitting in sunshine! Visited all our favourite villages and walked to the pub at Ebrington and farm shop Veg Matters for coffee and cake! Definitely recommend and we will be back when we need a recharge as it’s perfect for chilling out

A perfect Stay

Loved everything about Perry Cottage. Beautiful inside, very clean and comfortable. The garden is perfect if you have furry friends, and it is very enclosed and peaceful too. It's in a great located, tranquil but not too far from all the lovely places to visit in the Cotswolds. Definitely recomend this accomodation.
