Oyster Bay I is a serene, quiet community tucked in the heart of our Island. With a Boat Ramp just down the street, and tree-lined streets lovely for walking, it’s truly a peaceful destination. As you pull into the driveway, you’ll love Oyster Bay Oasis’ rustic good looks, and the Pine Trees swaying in the breeze. Take a moment and take in that salty, sweet sea breeze - you’re on Island Time now!

This adorable home has the perfect family layout, where you can spend time together without ever feeling crowded. You’ll love relaxing in the Living Area with colors of sea grass and sand dunes, and enjoying Free WiFi and Flat Screen Smart TV. Sink into the comfy furnishings for movie time, or slip out to the fabulous Screened Porch with seating for all!

The Kitchen has all the comforts of home, and is well-stocked with all you need to make mealtime easy breezy. Grab a quick bite at the Breakfast Bar before hitting the Beach, or get breakfast to go at Beach Road Roundup on the way there! Come dinnertime, you can dine in the comfort of Central AC in the Dining Area, or Al-Fresco on the huge Screened Porch which has both a dining area and an area for simply chilling and sharing stories of the day’s adventures.

Oyster Bay Oasis sleeps 6 comfortably in 3 Bedrooms. Bedroom 1 is just off the Living Area, and has a comfy Queen Bed. There is a Full Bath with a Tub/Shower Combo conveniently located on this level, as well. Wandering downstairs, you’ll find a 2nd Living Area, plus 2 Bedrooms and a Half Bath! The 2nd Living Area is a great hang-out for the kids, or a great place to curl up with a good book, and also has a Flat Screen Smart TV. Bedroom 2 has another Queen Bed, while Bedroom 3 has 2 Twin Beds. A Half Bath is shared downstairs, and also has a Stacked Washer and Dryer for your convenience.

Now let’s talk about the Outdoor Living at Oyster Bay Oasis! Ride your bike through the peaceful community, or to the Beach, only minutes away! Launch the Kayaks at the Boat Ramp, or bring your Boat to explore our pristine waters.
