This lovely self contained garden annexe is the perfect location for visiting the beautiful blue flag beach of West Wittering and East Head, Chichester Harbour, the Roman town of Chichester, and Goodwood events.
The space
This sunny, stylish two roomed self contained garden annexe with king size bed. Located along a peaceful lane, just a three minute walk from West Wittering village with its pub and village shops and only a 15 minute walk to the Blue Flag Beach of West Wittering and East Head.
Conveniently located, there is a local bus to Chichester which runs every 30 minutes.
I am sorry but this accommodation is not suitable for children.

Enter this charming bright and airy annexe into the open plan living area. The south facing downstairs lounge/ kitchenette has french doors looking out across the mature, pretty shared garden and has a lovely light and airy feel. There is a Smart TV (please be advised you will need to use your own log in details to access the TV apps), fridge, microwave/grill, portable induction hot plate, Airfryer, kettle and toaster. Please be advised that there is no oven nor washing machine.
Fairly steep stairs lead up from the living area into the bright and spacious bedroom with its sloping eaves, ensuite shower room, TV and comfortable king size bed. Due to the steep stairs, we do not recommend this accommodation for young children.

Upon arrival, complimentary tea, coffee, and biscuits await you, providing a warm welcome after a long journey. We provide fresh white bedding and towels (one hand towel and one bath towel per person) and offer miniature travel-sized bottles of shampoo, shower gel, and soap. Additionally, a kitchen pack is included, featuring essentials such as kitchen roll, Jeyes cloths, sponges, washing up liquid, bin liners, tea towels, washing pods, and dishwasher tablets. Loo rolls are also provided for your convenience. Should you require more supplies, a small convenience store is just a few minute walk away.

Convenient parking for one car in front of the garare is available and bicycles can also be stored in our garage.
Breakfast is also available a short walk away at the nearby Landing Cafe.

The property is in a lovely location with a short walk along the lane to the village shops, pub, Norman church and cafe. The Beach and Chichester Harbour are a 15 minute walk where you can connect with all the coastal paths and East Head Nature Reserve. Four new public Tennis Courts are available to use in the village. The endless leisure pursuits in the area include kitesurfing, sailing, paddle boarding, cycling, golf and bird watching.
The busy East Wittering (1 mile) has supermarkets, numerous restaurants, pub, pharmacy, hardware, bakery, fishmonger and surf shops.
Goodwood (12 miles) is famous for its Horse racing and Car Festivals (Revival and Festival of Speed. Chichester (7 miles) has a Cathedral, Festival Theatre and excellent shops and restaurants. Portsmouth and Arundel are within 30 minutes drive. Our local bus stop is 3 minutes walk from the property.
Guest access
You will have sole access to the annexe. Stairs open up into the spacious bedroom (no door) with its sloping ceilings (watch your head!) and ensuite shower. A garage is available for cycle storage.

There is space for 1 car to park in front of the garage.

Check In / Check Out
Check in time is after 4pm and check out time is before 10am. Please can we ask that you check out on time to prevent any disruption to the cleaner's schedule.
Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

We welcome babies but not toddlers as the stairs are fairly steep with no door at the top into the bedroom. Please take great care to ensure your baby cannot fall down the stairs.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
