Set behind electric gates with sweeping driveways, this Victorian home in about 0.65 acres of established gardens with open countryside views.
Recently refurbished to a high standard, itâs designed for relaxed group stays, with plenty of social space and flexible sleeping options for up to 14 guests. All beds, mattresses and bedding are brand new for a great nightâs sleep.

Youâre a short drive from Chichester, the Witterings and Goodwood, with a village pub within easy walking distance.
You can easily drive to all these places from the house:

â Chichester Marina (10 min away)
â West Wittering Beach (15â20 min away)
â East Wittering village & beach (10â15 min away)

We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. With electric entry gates vehicle are secure, and the ample driveway offers plenty of room for parking.

Although this property sleeps 14, one bedroom has 2 x children's bunks. As such a maximum of 10 adults and 4 children are able to stay.
