The coast, with its glorious beaches and harbour creeks, is just 15 minutes drive away, and the Southdowns with numerous walks and cycle paths is the same distance. The property is also ideally placed for Goodwood events, such as Goodwood Revival and Festival of Speed.
Getting Around:
Chichester's bus and train station is a 15 minute walk away. Should you choose to arrive by car, parking is on the road either opposite or the car park in the college (charges apply) behind Westgate. The car park is around a 10 minute walk away.

Access to the loft road is very bedroom 1 and does not have a door. There is a curtain for privacy.
