Sheepwash Barn & Lodge is ideal for multi-generational families, two families travelling together, or groups of friends. Youâll enjoy privacy and space, while still being close enough to gather and share meals, stories and time together.
Set in a peaceful, semi-rural location with easy access to coastal walks, bike rides and the famous sands of West Wittering, Sheepwash Barn & Lodge offers the ultimate flexible getaway for up to 10 guests.

With two modern, fully equipped kitchens - one in the Lodge and one in the Barn - youâll have everything you need to cater for the whole group, whether you're preparing lazy breakfasts, beach picnics or evening feasts.

The Barn features a large, open-plan kitchen-dining area with a rustic table that seats 8 and a vaulted ceiling lounge space full of natural light and character. Upstairs, a cosy mezzanine lounge is perfect for reading, relaxing or watching a film.
The Lodge has a bright and airy open-plan kitchen and dining space, with a relaxed seating area and french doors that open onto a landscaped patio.

Across both properties, you'll find a total of 4 bedrooms and a high-quality sofa bed.
In Sheepwash Barn:

Whether youâre staying to explore the surrounding area or relax, youâll be pleased to know that the local shop is within easy walking distance. And thereâs a pub close by too, great for soaking up the sun in the pub garden or enjoying dinner out.
East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops.
Here are some other places you might want to explore during your stay:
â More beaches at East Wittering, Selsey and Bracklesham Bay.
â The biggest local city, Chichester, with its many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.
â Sporting events: There are two horse racing courses that can be easily reached from the house, Fontwell and Goodwood, with the latter also playing host to the annual Festival of Speed and Revival in September.
