Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis. A recently built and decorated chalet in East Wittering on the Sussex South Coast. Beach and water sport lovers will love the location, just a short stroll to the beaches at the Witterings. With plenty of space to store your bikes, surf boards, paddle boards and wet suits we're sure you will have a great time on the beach before coming back for an al-fresco shower!

The space
This charming chalet has been built in our garden but is completely private. You have your own front door which takes you into the access corridor where you can store all your beach kit or bikes. Heading through into the small courtyard area you will find the outdoor solar shower, perfect for washing the sand and salt of you before you enter the chalet. Inside, the studio chalet is all you need for a couples' break. On the right as you enter is the bathroom with walk in shower. Continuing on in the main living area is the kitchenette (with hob but no oven), the living area with smart TV and good Wi-Fi and the fantastic King sized bed. Finally, there are French doors which open onto the outdoor dining area.

Guest access
There is a private parking space for one car on the shared drive with our house. East Wittering has plenty of pubs, cafes and restaurants. East Wittering beach is a short stroll away. West Wittering beach is further along about 20 minutes walk or you can drive and park there.

Other things to note
* Standard check-in time is 4pm onwards and check-out time is before 10am. * Please note a fee of £100 for lost keys and £50 for call outs if locked out.

IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.

The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.

Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
