East Wittering village is a short drive away, which has plenty of shops, including fish mongers, butchers and green grocers. You'll also find cafes, pubs and restaurants and surf shops. You can walk to the village in 25 mins or drive in less than 5 minutes.

Chichester (20 min drive away) is home many shops, stores, coffee shops, and entertainment venues including a cinema and Chichester's Festival theatre. The majestic cathedral is also well worth a visit.

If you're into walking, beautiful countryside and coastal paths can be reached on foot from the house. Or a few miles to the north, you'll find The South Downs, great for picturesque walks, hikes and bike rides.

Getting Around:
We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. The ample driveway offers plenty of room for parking.
