This stunning home has been finished to a very high contemporary standard throughout for guests to enjoy a luxury stay near the sea. The hosts really have gone out of their way to made this a comfortable and welcoming home from home. We invite you to make memories here in every season! The house heating and hot water supply has recently been updated and is controlled by HIVE allowing for simple, on-the-fly local adjustment to meet guests needs.


Entering the house into the porch area there is a WC. The stylish, comfortable sitting room is to the front of the house with large cosy sofas and a huge smart TV with Sky connected. Just off the sitting room there is a home office which guests are welcome to use to work from home and here you will also find a collection of board games to enjoy on the colder evenings.

The kitchen overlooks the sunny garden and the hosts have gone to every trouble to make sure guests can comfortably self-cater for their stay with electric oven and induction hob, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer and microwave. There is also an iron and washing machine.

Off the kitchen there is a breakfast bar and snug area with another sofa for relaxing, reading and chatting, leading through to the dining area with a large dining table with plenty of seating for six. This room overlooks the garden with large doors so you can sit on summer evenings and enjoy what you have whipped up in the lovely kitchen, making memories with family and friends.

Upstairs there are three beautifully furnished bedrooms. One super king room, one king room and one twin room. There is an en suite shower room to the super king bedroom and a family bathroom with a shower over the bath. Both equipped with contemporary bathroom fittings.

Outside, guests can use the lovely sunny garden and to the front of the house there is off-street parking for two cars.

Cabane Mont Fort is just 12 minutes walk from the beautiful beach at East Wittering a mecca for surfers, wind and kite surfers and just 8 minutes in the car to popular West Wittering Beach. The bustling village of East Wittering is packed with independent shops, cafes and restaurants and friendly locals. A must try during your visit is Drift and Hammetts Kitchen.

More comprehensive shopping Chichester is just a short drive to the north with the fabulous Goodwood Estate, home to The Revival and Festival of Speed just a little further.
