The Neighborhood:
The carriage is nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Batchmere, a serene part of West Sussex, between Chichester and Witterings. This lovely setting allows you to escape the everyday hustle and bustle and enjoy the natural beauties surrounding the area while still being close to local beaches, village amenities, country pubs and restaurants.

Getting Around:
We strongly recommend that you arrive in a car as it will give you much freedom to explore and enjoy the beautiful West Sussex area. As you already know, we offer free parking space.

★ FOOTPATH ★

Although the carriage is secluded and private, there is a nearby public footpath.

★ SOFABED ★

4 adults maximum. Sofa bed is for children only.

★ FIRE WOOD ★

Log wood on site for fire pit.

★ RENOVATION WORK ★

There is some renovation works going on at the main house, which is round 30m from the carriage. There is some scaffolding, but works will be kept to a minimum during guest stays.

Interaction with Guests:
We are on hand 24/7 should you have any issues or questions during your stay. Owners live on site nearby but do not overlook the carriage.
