Getting Around:

Most of West Town is very walkable. The Chicago/Milwaukee Blue Line "L" Stop is a 7 min walk from the unit. Scooter and bike rentals are available nearby. Parking for the unit can be found out front, please pay attention to posted parking signs, while it is free there are some restrictions for certain times of the day.



Other Things to Note:

Early Check-Ins and Late Check-Outs are difficult to accommodate. If you need additional time, please consider booking an extra day.



Parking in the city can be tricky, on our street there is typically good parking, please be sure to read all posted signs before parking anywhere on the street to avoid being ticketed or towed. To guarantee a spot, you can use a parking app like SpotHero or ParkWhiz to find and book parking spots ahead of time around the city.



Units left with excessive garbage/glitter/stains/etc will be charged an extra fee. Please be respectful.

Excellent communication, very clean condo in a great location near lots of restaurants. We thought the kitchen was very well stocked if you like to cook and we appreciated the amenities in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again!

This property served our needs well. The location was very convenient to downtown. The interior was nicely decorated and generally clean. The two bathrooms are very modern with counter space and windows. The bedroom windows shown in the listing are now covered for privacy and light, fortunately. There are two stairs in the middle of the property as an FYI. Footsteps are audible from the above unit early in the morning on weekdays (we were not there on the weekend), so you may want earplugs. Bedding and furniture were comfortable and rooms had nice lighting. We didn't use the TV, internet, or electronics. The kitchen was very appealing (we didn't prepare food), but there is not an ice maker. Thoughtfully, they did have a water filter pitcher in the refrigerator. The air mattress came in handy, but did lose air overnight. Parking was not provided by the property, but we found free street parking nearby. The owner was very nice and we would definitely stay here again!
