*There is no need to worry about parking. There are no parking meters or required permits to park anywhere on this street. You will easily find parking near the apartment. Please note read the signs to ensure you are parking in the right spot! On Fridays there is street cleaning on our side of the street.



Guest Access:

The apartment is on the second floor of the building. Guests have access to the whole second floor and the laundry room. The laundry is coin operated. Guest have their own entrance.



Other Things to Note:

The first floor and basement have friendly tenants living year round in the building. Tenants on the first floor have a small poodle. There is a camera outside of the building over the front door that is constantly recording. Guests also have access to the shared backyard. AC window units are available from May 15 until September. The units are located in the living room and kitchen.
