Our goal is to provide a calm, boutique experience for every guest. We kindly ask that you treat the home with care and respect, just as you would your own.
âą No parties or unauthorized events (fee $750). Front door RING camera present for safety and property protection.
âą Quiet hours: 10 PMâ8 AM
âą No smoking or vaping indoors (fee $500)
âą Pets must be approved before booking ($45 per pet/stay)
âą Exterior security cameras are on the property for safety
âą Early check-in or late checkout may be available for a fee. Hourly stay past check-out without approval: $45/hr.
âą Be mindful of neighbors when enjoying outdoor areas
âą Please do not move large furniture or rugs. If our cleaning team is required to reset heavy furniture and rugs, an additional fee will apply based on their charge.
âą If we do have to call a plumber due to improper disposal (ex. excessive toilet paper), the service fee would be charged to the reservation.

We warmly welcome families; however, due to the vintage nature of the building and having neighbors below, this home requires a heightened level of noise awareness. We've found that this space might not be well-suited for toddlers or young children under 10.
To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that:
-Children are supervised at all times
-Running, jumping, or climbing on furniture is avoided
-Quiet hours (10 PM â 8 AM) are strictly respected
Families traveling with children under 10 are welcome to inquire about booking. We simply ask that you confirm youâve read and are comfortable adhering to these guidelines.
