Guests can also enjoy a public pickleball court just a short walk away, with paddles, balls, and a portable net provided for easy play. Guests can also enjoy the pickleball court for some outdoor fun and friendly competition. Pickleball equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. With its mix of modern living and fantastic amenities, this home is the perfect choice for families, friends, or those planning an extended stay, and features 2 full bathrooms and 2 half bathrooms for added convenience.

While the area is car-dependent, it's close to parks, forest preserves, and Metra stations, offering easy access to downtown Chicago. It’s a great choice for families and professionals looking for suburban comfort with city convenience.



Getting Around:

By Car: Located right off I‑88, making it easy to commute to Chicago and nearby suburbs.



Public Transit: Close to Wheaton and Winfield Metra stations, offering train access to downtown Chicago (30–45 mins).



Walking & Biking: The area is car-dependent, but the community features walkable trails, and nearby forest preserves are bike-friendly.



Getting Around 🚗

This area offers quick access to I‑88, making it convenient for commuting by car. Metra stations in nearby Wheaton and Winfield provide train service to downtown Chicago in about 30–45 minutes. While the area is car-dependent, it’s bike-friendly and has access to nearby parks and trails for more active travel.

Property Guidelines



For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is mandatory and will be arranged to maintain the home’s comfort and cleanliness. For stays of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleanings will take place every 14 days during the reservation. Cleaning appointments will be coordinated with the guest ahead of time.



Maximum occupancy: 10 guests, including children.



Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on the property. Please smoke at least 30 feet away from the building.



No parties or excessive noise. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.



Alcohol is allowed indoors only. Outdoor and shared areas must remain clean. Violations may incur a $250+ fine.



BBQ or grilling is not allowed.



Oversized vehicles or large trucks should park in alternative spaces.



For extra layer of security, ID might be required.



Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.



Within walking distance of the home, guests will find a community pickleball court open to the public. We offer paddles, balls, and a portable net upon request so your group can enjoy a casual game. Equipment is available while supplies last, and the court is shared and weather permitting.







Optional Damage Waiver Fee

We want your stay to be as seamless and stress-free as possible. Instead of requiring a traditional security deposit, we offer a non-refundable Damage Waiver Fee of $80 per stay.



This waiver allows you to enjoy your stay without having a large refundable deposit held during your reservation, while also providing coverage for accidental damage up to $1000.



Covered incidents may include accidental spills, stains, broken glassware, or other minor accidental damage that can occasionally happen during a stay. The waiver fee will be collected through the Airbnb Resolution Center after your reservation had been confirmed.



Please note that the Damage Waiver covers minor accidental damage only. It does not cover intentional damage, theft, unauthorized parties or events, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, missing items, or damage resulting from negligence or misuse of the property.



Guests who choose not to participate in the Damage Waiver Program remain fully responsible for any damage that occurs during their stay and may be charged through Airbnb's Resolution Center in accordance with Airbnb's policies.

The property was great and worked very well for our family on a trip that was Chicago-centric. It was effectively 35-55 min from downtown based on traffic and was easy to to as well as easy to park more than one car. The bathrooms were well appointed and had everything we needed. It wasn't mentioned in the description, but there is a public bike/walking trail right across the street. We had a couple of great strolls right along a scenic river, really really pleasant.
