Unapproved late checkout or unapproved early check in will result in a charge of $100 per hour after or before the scheduled checkout or check in time, respectively.

Smoking - Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot or within 50ft of the property is STRICTLY prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $500.

Unauthorized Pet - Any pet brought to the property without being declared during the reservation process will be considered unauthorized. A fee of $200 will be charged for any evidence found of an unauthorized pet. Please note that pets are welcome, but must be declared on the reservation.

Parties and Events - Parties and events are STRICTLY prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. Noise detection monitors present.

MISSING PROPERTY ITEMS:
Any items that are lost or inadvertently removed from the unit after your check-out time will be deemed lost, and a reimbursement request will be made for any missing items. There are no exceptions to this rule; you are responsible for any lost or damaged property during your reservation.

Building Security & Access Policy

To ensure a secure environment for all guests, please do not allow anyone into the building who does not have their own means of entry. Every guest or visitor must buzz themselves in using their personal access method—whether through the buzzer system, QR code, or the app provided.

Important:
**Guests MUST let us know at the time of booking if additional visitors will arrive during the stay or reservation will be cancelled. No exceptions, no refunds**

Per the listing and ownership rules, quiet hours are between 10pm and 6am. Repeated violations will result in cancellation of your reservation with no refund.

Moving of furniture isn`t allowed -especially on the balcony. Violation of this will result in a $100 fine.

For certain guests, we may require an ID to be uploaded or presented during check in, at our sole discretion.

Exterior Cameras

Rule: Guests are prohibited from obstructing or tampering with exterior cameras.

First offense: A warning will be issued.
Second offense: Reservation will be canceled without a refund.

To respect the privacy of other residents, please make sure to follow the provided directions carefully and go directly to your assigned unit. Guests who knock on the wrong door or enter the wrong building and disturb other tenants will be subject to a $200 fine.

Tampering with noise detectors or cameras (including removing them from their mounts) is strictly prohibited. A $150 violation fee will apply.

Our stay was good. The apartment is clean, cozy, and perfectly located. We had a small issue with noise from the smoke detector, but the host did everything possible to help and resolve it quickly. Sometimes it can be a bit noisy from the neighbors, but it wasn’t a big problem. Overall, a very good experience.

MLB Ballpark Bucketlist

Took advantage of Texas Rangers playing White Sox in Chicago on Memorial Day weekend , I also went to game at Wrigley Field and even took a amtrak train ride to Milwaukee to see a game. This place is perfect rather your traveling solo or with someone , located a couple blocks from Red line L-Train that takes you North & South thru downtown Chicago. Found a couple small places for eating that were both delicious ( Uptown BBQ & Gigio's Pizza ) . Condo unit was clean , comfortable which makes it easy for you to go out and enjoy all that Chicago has to offer.

Very nice cozy little apartment. Contactless check in and the instructions provided were clear and simple. Parked in a Spot Hero lot about a quarter mile north of the apartment. There were plenty of spots left when we got there and left so that was cheap and convenient. We only stayed here to sleep after a concert so we didn't really use any amenities or anything so I can't speak to that. There were some reviews about thin walls but the neighbors apparently weren't home or are very quiet because we didn't have any issues and never heard any sound from another unit. Very clean. It is small, but not tiny I would say. I told my wife that I could see it being an apartment I'd feel comfortable living in as a single person back in the day before I had kids and acquired so much stuff lol. Was super close to Wrigley Field for us to get to for the concert. You could also walk, it's only 1.5mi or like 30mins but I don't know the neighborhood or anything. Uber was easy to schedule and get to the concert on time but obviously plan for traffic. They picked us up right outside the door and dropped us back off right outside the door. The property manager sent a few personalized emails and responded quickly, but I never had any issues to reach out about. 5/5 would stay here again.

Cute apartment, Nice building, Challenges with temperature/ climate control

The Good (and it was mostly good!)- The apartment is lovely - very much like the photos show. The space is well maintained and comfortable, building was nice, and logistics for getting in and out were very easy. - The neighborhood has a variety of restaurants, coffee shops, and corner stores within a few blocks. Lots of access to public transit, and two hour metered parking on the street.- Host responded quickly through the app though some answers (possibly AI generated) were not actually helpful.The Challenges- The thermostat was locked to AC only, even though the temp was in the mid 50s. The host said the building switches from heat to AC on May 1, citing (a probable misinterpretation of) city heating ordinance. There was a small space heater that took several hours to heat the apartment. Once the apartment is heated, the space heater is enough to keep it warm. But we had to get out of bed several times each night to turn the heater off, back on, etc since it's not connected to a thermostat.- I communicated to the host and got several different responses. The first reply seemed AI generated, saying it was "Happy to inform you" that the building has transitioned to AC for the season. Later the host offered possible compensation but never followed up. Prior to checkout the host asked me to share issues/ feedback prior to leaving a review. I detailed the heating issue and received responses that seemed auto generated.

Extended stay in Uptown

Everything was above expectations except the entry system. Three times during our 7 week stay the code to the outside door was changed and we got no advance warning. Luckily the manager was easy to reach and resolved the issue pronto. Otherwise it was a great stay in a great neighborhood.
