For the price and the area it was a 5 but there is room for improvement overall as compared against all vacation rentals Iâve used. The electronic door lock for the unit is not properly calibrated to securely lock every time without having to fight with it. But the neighborhood isnât bad, we didnât have issues finding street parking right out front, the neighbors on the floor are very nice, & the L stop is only about a 5 minute walk. Buses were a bit of a pain in the area as they werenât as reliable as the trains. Took up to 45-60 min to get to downtown. Not close food options really but thereâs a Jewel grocery nearby. The kitchen setup could use a few more basis pieces to be more functional like a baking sheet. The included consumable amenities were low to almost empty upon arrival (shampoo, conditioner, hand soap).Two towels were provided per occupant but no community bath hand towel or kitchen towel just roll of paper towels. The bed pillows were one of the worse aspects of the unit as theyâre the lowest grade Walmart sells. Beds were comfortable though & living /dining were comfortable. Some initial issues with tv/wifi were very quickly resolved. Confusion & difficulties about laundry were resolved by day 3 of 7. Host representative was responsive and polite.
