Bedrooms on the top floor for quieter and better sleeps). 5min walk to Brownline Paulina station, Divvy Bike rental; 20min walk to WrigleyField, 3 miles to beaches/Lake Michigan, 5 miles to downtown Chicago by "L" or ride; fast WiFi, a dedicated office room with a 22" monitor for your work hours; smart 65" TV in the Living room, smart 50'TV in Master bedroom, walk-out deck. Chef's kitchen, complimentary premium coffee

This modern, bright, spacious duplex on the top of the house is a perfect place for your family/friends/group to enjoy. The house is fenced, and the doors have a smart lock

(Note: The 3rd and 4th bedrooms in the photos are the same room space, one with 2 sleeps, one with 3 sleeps cuz one has a twin bed and one has a trundle twin bed. The platform doesn't have a selection for a trundle bed so I demonstrate them in 2 different bedrooms.)

Everyone notices how clean and fresh smelling the house was upon entry. Beds were a bit firm but linens were very soft. Bathrooms were well stocked with shampoo and conditioner and there was a hair dryer in the master but I didn’t see it before we left so I had brought my own. Loved the neighborhood. Easy walk to shopping and cafes. We walked to Wrigley Field for a cubs game. Never felt threaten or in any danger.

What a wonderful place in a great location! Online listing was 100% accurate and everything was in perfect condition when we arrived. We are a family of 5 and this condo was very spacious and inviting. There was more than enough room for all of us and having the 3 bathrooms was amazing. Sharleen, the property owner, was great to work with! I had some questions before hand and she responded immediately with answers. I knew I could get ahold of her at any moment if we ever needed anything. The location was on a beautiful, quiet street - just a few short blocks away from a brown line stop. We would definitely stay here again!

Chicago Visit

Roscoe Village is just the perfect location for a stay in Chicago. The house is roomy, clean, updated, and has everything needed for a family. The host is tremendously helpful and easy to reach as well. We would definitely like to return for future visits.

Easter Weekend in Chicago

Quiet and Comfortable

We stayed here while visiting my Dad during the holidays. His apartment is a bit cramped when we visit and very noisy so we were looking for a quiet place to stay. This apartment was perfect for our family of four. The apartment was extremely comfortable and quiet (I couldn't believe how quiet it was for a city apartment). As runners, we also enjoyed exploring the path along the Chicago River, which is only about a mile away.

The property looked exactly like it was advertised. Overall, it was a good stay. We were able to find parking, which was a bonus in Chicago because you have to pay for parking everywhere you go. The house was fully equipped with everything that you need and with spacious.

Wonderful place to stay!

Very nice two bedroom apartment in Chicago. Ample parking was available almost right in front of the house. Apartment was very modern and clean. Lots of amenities. Communication with the host was very good. Nice quiet neighborhood. Would absolutely recommend this property!

Great street level lodging. Clean, spacious, and comfortable bed. Came to town for Cubs games. Perfect location. Easy train access. Good restaurants and Whole Foods within walking distance.
