Enjoy your own penthouse in Chicago's Gold Coast-the city's center of nightlife, restaurants, and shopping. Sitting 38 stories in the sky, your 3 bedroom/2 bathroom penthouse offers some of the best views in all of Chicago. The highly secure building includes elevator, rooftop pool, full gym, and is perfect for families traveling to Chicago, professionals visiting the city on work trips, and everything in between. The cityscape views are unbeatable!



The Space:

Located in a full-service building with elevator access and just steps from Michigan Avenue, your penthouse apartment was professionally designed, sleeping up to 10 people and is perfectly situated for groups, families, and those traveling for work. Everything flows around the spacious and open living room and kitchen which have some of the most breathtaking views of all of Chicago and the Lake, and features high-end cooking appliances and designer level finishes, which creates a unique environment for entertaining and gathering with your group.



Your spacious living/dining room combo is decorated in mid-century modern furniture and features a large sofa (which folds out into another bed), accent chairs, dining table for 8+ people, and smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, Prime, etc. compatible).



Attached to the living area, the high end designer quality chef's kitchen is outfitted with Gaggenau stove, Gaggenau oven, restaurant sized refrigerator and freezer, minifridge, plenty of cabinetry, plates, cups, and cutlery in addition to state-of-the-art kitchen appliances including a Nespresso coffee maker, amongst others.



This one of a kind apartment comfortably sleeps 10 people and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The main bedroom with a king bed, full bath. An additional bedroom with a king bed. One additional bedroom featuring a full-over-full bunk bed.

There are ample parking solutions should you need. We offer one free garage space in the parking garage just two blocks away from the building.



Our units are made up fresh before each guest and their group arrives. Our professional cleaning service that we use on all of our properties do a thorough job of cleaning all areas, focusing on high touch point areas. Each bed is stripped and all sheets, pillow covers, and duvet covers are washed thoroughly after each stay.



To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.

Please be advised that all guests will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:

Guest Access:

You will have full access to all rooms and spaces inside the unit, except for one utility closet. Temporary access codes will be shared 24 hours before rental commencement by email.

We pride ourselves on making our guest's stay as enjoyable as possible. We live in Chicago and are available should anything come up.

Incredible location in the city with an amazing view that’s hard to match. Ample room for activities and can accommodate a large party. Recently, hosted a bachelor party with 8 guys and had all the space we needed for a great time.

The location is amazing and the overall unit and views were excellent. The host was fine but we had some questions and there were really not addressed in a satisfactory way. We rented in November and the unit was cold. The heat could not be changed and there was a fan blowing cold air in the primary bedroom. The only comment the host had was to turn the thermostat to heat. It was already on heat and we had told them that. Everyone slept with more clothes on. The Nespresso machine did not work. This was brought to host attention and their comment was that it does work. There should be more direction on the details of the parking garage, We mentioned this to the host and they did not have any comments. The parking directions included were confusing when actually using them.

Walk everywhere

First time doing a rental here in Chicago, where we normally stay with family. It was so great to walk out to restaurants and shopping and catch the train everywhere else we wanted to go. Quiet building, plenty of space for everyone, huge windows with great north view, coffee and ice, big screen tvs, comfy beds. Excellent communication and instructions. Would definitely stay again!

Great location, nice spot

Location cannot be beat. Hosts were great at communicating. Perfect size for 3 or four people and building was easy in and out. Heat wasn't functioning for a couple of days and hosts were quick to respond and get building to fix it. Overall nice place. However it could use some basic maintenance to keep make it a top place we've stayed (door knobs all loose, toilet runs, some bathroom fixtures super loose, lot of lightbulbs out, etc). Nothing major just needs some TLC. Thanks.

Fabulous Location

Everything that was advertised and more. The main bedroom is huge, the bunk bed room is perfect for kids. The shower heads are so strong with lots of hot water, you won’t want to leave. Bathtub is king and deep, bring bubbles. Kitchen is a nice layout. The view, the view, the view!!! And as an end unit you have extra view and extra quiet. Location is terrific, everything you need in walking distance. Definitely recommend.

Awesome place

I was with a group of high school seniors on their class trip. They had a lot of fun and the penthouse just added to their excitement of Chicago. We felt it was a great location, perfect size, it had all the amenities that we could ask for, and a wonderful view. And Nathan and Jake were very helpful if we had questions or needed something. I would highly recommend this place.
