The condo was absolutely perfect for our holiday visit! It was super comfortable, very clean, and just as pictured / described. The kitchen was well-stocked with pots and pans and we were able to easily make a Thanksgiving meal as we had everything we needed! The location is fantastic and very convenient - in a very walkable location and close to the train. The host was super responsive, attentive, and provided the best check in / entry instructions we've ever seen. We highly recommend this River North condo and hope to stay here again during a future visit!

George was a host extraordinaire! His gorgeous, well appointed, three bedroom condominium was in the perfect location for setting out to explore a vibrant River North neighborhood and all major Chicago attractions. Restaurants, convenience stores, and music venues were all within a short walking distance. I would recommend this spot without any hesitation.

George, Your Condo is beautiful! It worked perfectly for our girls trip ! The beds were very comfortable and the bathrooms great as well! The dining room table accommodated many games of cards as did the downstairs game table ! It was very nice that you provided complimentary coffee and tea! Your direction to enter the condo were very clear and easy to execute ! The location was an easy Uber ride or walk to everywhere we needed to go ! We really appreciated your restaurant recommendations as well! Thanks for a great stay !!!

Awesome Spot

Great spot in River North. The unit is well appointed with three bedrooms, two full baths, a private kitchen, and a tv room downstairs. The owner generously accommodated an early check-in but forgot to provide the second security code. The situation was remedied in about half an hour of our arrival, and the owner was more than gracious. There is a Target around the corner and a CVS across the street. Great restaurants all around, as well as train stops for the brown and red lines. The unit was equipped with nice little touches - cold filtered water in the fridge, coffee and tea, epsom salt for the downstairs bath tub. The kitchen is well stocked - the only thing we couldn’t find were oven mits or pot holders. This was a very nice home away from home during our week long visit to Chicago, and a wonderful refuge after seeing all the sights.

Family Vacation

We brought our family back to my "home-town" of Chicago for a long weekend. Three generations staying together in one house. This property was excellent for us! Plenty of room, well equipped and furnished and the location was perfect! We had easy access to everything the city offers. And the parking spot was a huge plus!

Beautiful and comfortable property with a great location!

We loved having the space as a walkup and it is in a great location. It was nicely stocked with coffee, tea, salt, pepper, paper products, etc. Other family stayed at the Godfrey (Home2 is close also) and it was close to our son's apartment, so we were all able to gather is something other than a bar. The owner was diligent in getting back to us and helping us through finding our way around the property. I would highly recommend it.

Amazing Home! Perfect Location!

We absolutely loved our stay. The home was immaculate. Everything was new and clean. The decor was perfect. We loved the theme of the downstairs family room. The parking spot in the back of the building was key to our peace of mind during the trip. We mainly walked everywhere but did take the car out to Wrigley field and to see the Home Alone House. The location of this home is perfect for those who like to walk to attractions - the bean, navy pier, the boat tour, etc. I will recommend this home to any of my friends thinking about going to Chicago.

House was very accommodating and well stocked for a family of 4 including two teenage children. Check in was easy and as described, and location was easy walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay here again when in Chicago!

We had an absolutely amazing experience at this property! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. Beautiful Condo

This condo is absolutely beautiful, very posh! Upscale designs, looks exactly like the pictures! Very clean! My family and I were very pleased! Now, just for info, if your traveling with an elderly or a person with restricted mobility, the full bathroom on the main floor has a very high shower/bathtub combo, thats enclosed with glass doors...getting in and out of that tub/shower can be challenging...there is another full bathroom downstairs, just note the stairway leading to it is very steep...this location is 5-10 mins away from downtown, the Chicago Riverwalk and many restaurants...there is literally a CVS pharmacy across the street! Very convenient location close to the highways...check in was flawless, parking for one car is free...we had no issues, thank you George!

Fabulous property at fantastic downtown location!

This spacious condo was perfect for our family of 7. Having a parking spot was a huge help and the location was incredibly convenient for use of public transport throughout our stay. We'd definitely stay there again!

Great place for a friend reunion

This home filled our every need for a three couples getaway. We easily walked or took an Uber to restaurants and shopping. The property is beautiful and had room for parking two cars. We totally enjoyed our time together in a convenient wonderful place!
