Guest access
Guests will receive a unique access code prior to check-in. This code will work on both the front and back doors of the house and will remain active for the duration of your stay. The key less entry system makes it easy and secure to come and go as you pleaseâno keys needed.
FYI - And I only mention this because I had two guests mention that there are stairs to the second floor unit in their reviews.
Yes, There are stairs leading to the second floor unit. This is a Victorian house with two units one on the first floor and one on the second floor. If you have mobility issues please consider this. There are also 5-6 stairs coming into the property on to the front porch which are visible in the pictures of the front of the house.
Other things to note
Laundry facilities are available for your use in the basement. To access them, simply follow the stairs at the rear of the house down to the basement. Youâll find a washer, dryer, laundry soap, and a utility sink if needed. Feel free to use them anytime during your stay.
To ensure a comfortable stay during warmer months, each bedroom has its own window air conditioner, and the living room features a powerful 8,000 BTU portable A/C unit and dehumidifier. Weâve also included three floor fans and two desk fans in the unit, which you can move around as needed. In the evenings, when temperatures drop, the floor fans are great for helping to circulate fresh air if you choose to open the windows.
