You will not find a nicer Family Home in Chicago. The house has 2 decks, and a garage (No off street parking needed). The primary suite is beautiful with a large shower and jacuzzi tub.

Guest can access the home from garage through back yard or from the front door. Everything door has electronic key code entry. There are stairs at both entrances.

I am always available for my guests. If you need me for questions and/or concerns I will be available. If there is an issue with the house or question about the house or area I will respond immediately.

You will find Lincoln Park to be accessible to loop and many attractions in the city, while being very neighborhood oriented. A short walk to DePaul University, Lincoln Park Zoo, many great restaurants, bars, and music venues.

Less than a mile and a half to the lakefront where you can bike, run, or walk along the lakefront trail or have a beach day at North Avenue Beach. Close to both Belmont & Diversey Harbors. Enjoy the theater district on Halsted, or take in a game or event at Wrigley Field.

Rental bikes are also available just a block away.

The Diversey Brown Line `L` is approximately 4 blocks away

Unit is 2nd and 3rd floor of a 2-flat. There are tenants in the 1st floor flat. This is typical in this area of Chicago. Most building structures in Lincoln Park have multiple living spaces. You may encounter tenants in common area (porch, hallway, backyard). Please be respectful of the number of guests you have in light of Covid.

PET POLICY: We only allow dogs; no cats. This is non-negotiable.

-No smoking indoors. $250 fee will be charged to guest after departure if evidence of smoking cigarettes or marijuana indoors is detected.
-Please keep all exterior doors shut when air-conditioning or heat is running.
-We are pet friendly. However, we only accept dogs.
-Do not let your dogs leave the property unless they are on a leash.
-Please place trash in trash bins located next to garage.
-Please clean dog waste in the yard. There is a dog waste shovel and scoop at the bottom of stairs.
-Please keep exterior door to home closed at all times to prevent bugs entering home.
-Please place dirty dishes in dishwasher and run upon departure.
-Place all dirty linens in basket marked `Linens`.
-Please place HVAC on 68 in winter months and 72 in summer months upon departure.
-Any and all acts by guest(s) and/or its invitees, that result in damages to the property or its contents, whether such act was intentional or the result of negligence will allow the host and or owner to deduct from the security deposit any and all cost incurred or to be incurred in returning the property or its contents to its original state and/or replace the item(s) as needed.
-Owner is not responsible for articles left in the premises.
-Guest(s) shall leave the property in neat and undamaged condition.
-No loud music after 9:00pm.

Perfect stay in Lincoln Park

Beautifully renovated classic Lincoln Park home. Walkable neighborhood close to 2 markets, some good coffee shops and restaurants, the Diversey El Train station. Comfortable, clean and well appointed, but you have to be able to navigate historic staircases.

Fantastic Property!

Great location - the property had everything we needed and more! Communication with property manager was quick and directions were easy to follow. We loved that we were not left with a long list of things to do upon checkout. The property was clean and beautiful.

Amazing location and lovely space

My husband, daughter and I loved the property. It was spacious, allowing enough room for us to take time to ourselves and be together in common areas. The natural light in the space was beautiful. L stops were easily accessible, not to mention so many restaurants, shops to walk to. Neighborhood felt very safe. Host was very responsive and accommodating. We'd definitely stay again.
