Sitting on a midcentury, 1.35 acre private estate close to everything -- O'Hare, Rosemont, Chicago, and much more -- you’ll have exclusive, private use of a detached two bedroom guesthouse and shared access to the sprawling, landscaped backyard featuring a seasonal pool, loungers, and grill. Amenity highlights include: large bedrooms, fully equipped kitchen, smart TVs, central air, WiFi, washer/dryer, and more.

THE SPACE:

The guesthouse features two large bedrooms -- one with a king size bed, the other with a queen. The fully stocked and equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, stove/oven, kitchenware, and more -- perfect for guests that wish to cook. Washer and dryer is in-unit for your convenience. Bathroom features a shower-tub combo. The living room features seating and a smart TV. Free, onsite parking is provided. Cleanliness is our highest priority, including special attention to high-touch areas and washing of all bedding between guests. The unit is detached from the main house and completely private with its own entrance. Free, onsite, easy parking is provided.

GUEST ACCESS:

Guests will have exclusive, private access to the detached coach house and shared grounds access to the seasonally-opened pool, lounge chairs, grill, and lawn. The seasonal, outdoor pool is scheduled to be opened Memorial Day through Labor Day but may be open before and/or after those dates (please check at booking to ensure the pool will be open if it is important to you).

We are always happy to accommodate early check-ins and late checkouts if our cleaning schedule allows.

OTHER DETAILS:

The seasonally-opened outdoor pool and backyard is not exclusive-use — it is shared with the primary home and the other coach house. At times you may have the backyard entirely to yourself, and other times the owners may also be using the backyard for themselves or to entertain friends and family. The pool is scheduled to be open Memorial Day through Labor Day but may be open before and/or after those dates (please check at booking to ensure the pool will be open if it is important to you).

Book longer and save! Our unit is perfect for long-term stays, and we offer progressive discounts for multi-day, multi-week, and monthly stays.

We are open to onsite events -- weddings, graduation parties, birthdays, corporate events, etc. -- with prior approval and a separate fee. Our event fee schedule is as follows:

1-10 Guests: $100/Hour + $50/Guest
11-20 Guests: $150/Hour + $50/Guest
21-30 Guests: $200/Hour + $50/Guest
31-40 Guests: $250/Hour + $50/Guest
41-50 Guests: $300/Hour + $50/Guest

All events include a one night stay for up to four guests.
