Cozy 2-Bedroom Apartment | Close to Wrigley
Welcome to our cozy 2 bedroom apartment on a quiet tree lined street in the heart of Lakeview. Walking distance to Wrigley, Southport Corridor and just a short el ride to downtown. There`s a Whole Foods around the corner as well as Endless bars and restaurants within a short walk. Lake Michigan is only 1.5 miles away.
The space has two sitting areas in the living room and has spacious bedrooms. Enjoy time on the outdoor private balcony when the weather is nice or time inside with family and friends during the wintery weather.
The unit is in the coach house located in the back of the property. Please walk around the right side of the building along pathway and through the gate, you`ll see the blue sided coach house. Take the stairwell on the left side that goes to the top floor, the key code provided is for the top deck entrance.
The neighborhood is great for shopping, dining out, entertainment and night life. There is a Whole Foods around the corner for essentials and plenty of places for takeout.
The apartment is conveniently located a short walk to Chicago Public transit including the brown line train to downtown that is only 0.5 miles away. Wrigley is a 7 minute drive/Uber and takes 20 minutes via transit. It takes approximately 35 minutes to commute downtown via transit and only 20 minutes driving.
Important: Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
You will also be given the choice between a security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver.
To ensure that all our guests have a pleasant and enjoyable stay, we kindly ask that you observe the following rules:
1. NO SMOKING: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment and within the building`s premises. If you need to smoke, please do so outside the building, and dispose of your cigarette butts properly.
2. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS: Our Airbnb is located in a residential building, and we ask that you respect our neighbors` privacy and keep noise levels to a minimum. Please refrain from hosting parties or events that could disturb other guests or neighbors.
3. NO PETS: Unfortunately, we cannot allow pets in our Airbnb due to potential allergy concerns and damage to the property.
4. LATE CHECK-OUT ($50 Fee): Our check-out time is 10:00 AM. We kindly ask that you adhere to this time to ensure that our cleaning staff has sufficient time to prepare the apartment for the next guest. Late checkout past 10:00 AM will result in a $50 fee.
5. NO EXCESSIVE GUESTS ($50 Per Guest): The maximum number of guests allowed in the apartment is eight, including children. Excessive guests will result in a $50 fee per guest.
6. RESPECT THE PROPERTY: We kindly ask that you respect our apartment and its contents. Please refrain from moving or rearranging furniture and report any damage or issues to us immediately.
7. NO GLITTER: Please donât use glitter for decorations or for any other reason.
