La Maison Verte is a Parisian-inspired 2nd floor walk up in a traditional Chicago 2 flat with vintage charm and modern amenities.

As you step inside you’ll be whisked away to a traditional Parisian flat with 9 foot ceilings, loads of natural light, custom wood panel molding, ceiling medalians, white marble, and brass finishes.

The French-inspired kitchen features blue cabinets and brand new Whirlpool appliances including gas range, ice maker, and stacked washer and dryer. Fully stocked with vintage glassware and dishes sourced from local antique shops.

Spacious 6 seat dining table with original built-in hutch which houses vintage barware and drink mixers.

The master bedroom features an 1880’s French walnut Queen bed with a full length gold mirror and kidney shaped desk for any work from home needs.

The home is a plant lovers dream with over 70 different plants sprinkled throughout. There is no better place for your morning coffee than the sun room/conservatory as you sit on a custom green velvet French Settee among the plants basking in the morning sun.

My wife was looking for a quiet weekend to read and relax for her 40th birthday and this place was perfect. The host very responsive, the unit was extremely clean and decor was amazing. It is a great location within walking distance to Andersonville shops and restaurants. Free street parking was easy to get a spot right up front. I would highly recommend this place!

Relaxing in the green

The Andersonville property is perfectly situated for either neighborhood walks to coffee shops, pubs, or resuraunts or jumping to the L. The apartment's French Verte theme is tied together nicely. Would rerurn in a heartbeat. We had a wonderful time and really enjoyed relaxing with family at this unique space.

Excellent Communication with the host from start to finish. Excellent neighborhood. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. The best part about this flat is the decor. It is so beautifully appointed you cannot help but be inspired. The plant collection alone is inspiring. Great stay.

Exceptional Stay in Andersonville

Wow!! My friend and I enjoyed a long weekend in Andersonville and were blown away by this place. Every detail of design was carefully crafted, the kitchen well appointed with everything one would need to cook up a delicious meal, and most importantly the beds were soo comfortable! The area was super walkable with several bars, restaurants, shops, and museums. Such a wonderful stay! Hope to be back in the near future!

Fantastic Stay

The property is charming, well decorated, and simultaneously cozy! Perfect location for exploring, Andersonville, Edgewater, and Uptown. The neighborhood was gorgeous and generally quiet. I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone!

Perfect Stay!

From the absolutely beautiful interior design (have to see it to believe it) and high-end appliances to the fantastic location next to restaurants, grocery stores, and quiet neighborhoods, this was a perfect stay for our family as we dropped our son off at college. Beautiful Apartment in a Quiet Neighborhood

We had a wonderful stay in Andersonville and in this apartment. The decor and design was thoughtful and beautiful, and our host was very accommodating and easy to reach. The street and neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed shopping around the area and didn't have a problem getting a table for a meal at any time of day. I would definitely recommend this stay for others and hope to come back again!

Great Option for Andersonville

We really enjoyed our stay here. This is a very well appointed, charming apartment close to bars and restaurants in Andersonville. It's walkable to the L for heading downtown or other nearby destinations. We were also able to walk to the beach for the day and exercise along the shore of lake Michigan. Highly recommend.

Wonderful experience

Dream Apartment

The pictures do the place justice. The attention to details throughout from the art, to the stemware, to color palette are too lovely - and so many plants. The location is great. Super close to some amazing coffee shops, a grocery store, and great restaurants. The Andersonville area is probably my favorite of Chicago. My only complaints would be the hot water was only ever medium warm if you turned the shower all the way up, and the creaking floors - but that's a given with older buildings and kind of added to the charm. I would definitely stay here again and wish my home was decorated similar.
