We’re pleased to offer an optional, non-refundable Damage Waiver for $75 per stay as an alternative to a traditional security deposit, providing you with added peace of mind while staying in our home.



The waiver provides up to $650 in coverage for minor accidental damage, including everyday mishaps such as spills, stains, or broken glassware.



Please keep in mind that the waiver covers accidental damage only. It does not apply to intentional damage, theft, missing items, unauthorized parties, house rule violations, excessive cleaning, unauthorized pet-related damage, or damage resulting from negligence, misuse, or reckless behavior.



Guests who choose not to purchase the Damage Waiver will remain responsible for any damages that occur during their stay.

Guests have full access to the entire townhouse, including the lakeview patio area and private parking spaces.

Important Information:



- For bookings of 10 nights or longer, a complimentary mid-stay cleaning is required and will be arranged to ensure the home remains comfortable and tidy. For stays of 21 nights or more, complimentary cleanings will be scheduled every 14 days throughout the booking period. Cleaning dates will be coordinated with the guest ahead of time.

- For safety, please keep doors locked and supervise children near the water and deck.

- A valid ID and a few additional details may be requested upon booking.

- Maximum of 10 guests, including children.

- No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. Please smoke at least 30 feet away from the building.

- No parties or loud gatherings. Quiet hours are 10 PM – 8 AM.

- Alcohol is permitted indoors only. Please keep driveways, patios, and shared areas clean. Violations may result in a $250+ fine.

- Grilling or BBQ is not allowed anywhere on the property.

- Large trucks or oversized vehicles must use alternative parking.



**A public outdoor pickleball court is located within walking distance of the home. We provide a portable net, paddles, and balls upon request so your group can enjoy a game together. Equipment is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note the court is public and weather dependent.



**Pet-friendly with prior approval and pet fee. Dogs and cats only. Pets may not be left unattended unless crated, must comply with quiet hours, and are not permitted on furniture. The pet fee does not cover damage to furniture, bedding, rugs, or excessive hair/odor removal.
