The stay was great! The host was very responsive both prior to arriving and while we were there. It was easy to get around whether walking, driving, or taking the train. The explanation of the parking felt a little misleading. There isn’t a dedicated space - the parking is street parallel parking. It took a bit of time circling the nearby blocks to find a spot when we arrived in the evening on a weeknight. After that (on the weekend) we didn’t have any trouble finding a space. There is a lot of free parking around but some sides of streets are permit only - sounds like the host can get you a pass but we didn’t end up having to do that so I don’t know the specifics.

Host was absolutely great/kind and had amazing communication! The place was exactly like the pictures, great location and parking was so easy! We LOVED the kitchen as we were able to cook as much as we wanted, as they had all the cookware and dishes needed. We will definitely be staying here again in the future!

This was the perfect pet friendly apartement for our family to spend Christmas. We were visitng relatives and wanted to have a place of our own while in town. We were walking distance of many great restaurants, coffee shops. The layout is perfect with 2 seperate bedrooms and a large kitchen and living room. The host is also very friendly and welcoming. It was so easy to walk our dog right out the front door. It is located in a very nice neighborhood. We had a great stay and would definitely book this place again.

What a wonderful weekend we had. This property is located is a quiet, beautiful neighbor and close to anything you could want to do in the Chicago area. The host was more than welcoming and the property was clean and well maintained. I would stay here again in a heart beat.

Ricky was amazing from start to finish! We were in Chicago to do college tours with our daughter, and the location was perfect - close to a train station too, which allowed us to easily see downtown without the hassle of parking once those tours were finished. We loved the neighborhood of North Center - lots of restaurants! Ricky even provided a curated list of options for us. The best review I can leave is this anecdote
 when Ricky checked in with us and asked about the beds and bedding, our teenager said she liked her bed better than the one she has at home. That says a lot coming from a teen!

Super clean, very friendly host and he was super helpful for anything we needed! Location was close to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. Only thing that was a shock was that it was the basement of the main house, it was not a problem but was a little confusing at first. Over all LOVED this place and the kids wanted to stay longer.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is in a nice neighborhood that felt safe and well maintained. Ricky was a very kind and thoughtful host, and he made sure we had no trouble getting in and out. The lock takes a little getting used to, but he checked in to be sure we were all set.The living room was one of our favorite spots. The sectional couch and TV made it easy to relax at the end of a busy day. The kitchen and bathroom have been modernized nicely, while the original woodwork and floors give the place some old Chicago charm.We’re grateful for the hospitality and the comfortable place to call home during our time in Chicago.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was beautiful, clean, and had everything we could possibly need for a perfect vacation. The hosts were incredibly kind and attentive.
