Monthly stays or longer are welcome. We provide a monthly discount which will be automatically calculated and deducted once you include the dates of your stay.

Guest under the age of 23 may be asked for a security deposit.

COVID-19 Safety Concerns
As always, the health and safety of our guests is our top priority. We would like to make you aware of the precautions and preventative practices our team are implementing in response to the current challenges of COVID-19.

To mitigate the spread of the corona virus, we will use higher medical grade sanitizer for cleaning solutions. We’re also updating our cleaning protocols with guidance from ISSA about COVID- 19 and undertaking targeted deep cleaning and enhanced sanitation measures across our portfolio.

Rules
Any violation of these rules WILL result in a cancellation of your reservation, you will be asked to immediately leave, fines of $150.00 WILL be charged for each violation. 1. No smoking, if you smoke inside the property, there will be a fine of 150.00 for cleaning fees to return the unit to non smoking condition. 2. No Drugs (including Marijuana) in or on the property. There will be a fine of $150.00 for cleaning and other expenses. 3. No illegal activity on the property. 4. Absolutely no parties or additional guests. Neighbors will complain and management will be called. 5. No pets 6. Quiet hours are between 10:00 pm and 10:00 am. 7. Our cleaning fee is for basic cleaning to prepare for our next guest. Please have all dishes cleaned and put away. There will be additional fees for additional cleaning of stove, fridge, and dishes if not left in wipe clean condition. Minimum for each item is $25.00, we reserve the right to charge additional cleaning for any areas or items not left in wipe clean condition. 8. Key fob must be returned or there is a $150.00 charge - NO EXCEPTIONS 9. Minimum age is 23 to book 10. Management requires criminal background check

Please be aware that if you lose the keys, which is your access to the unit, it cannot be replaced for you immediately and you may lose access to the apartment and all amenities until another one can be made. There is a $200 fee for lost keys. A criminal background check is required by the management of the community. This is NOT a credit check.

For mail or packages, we do not recommend them being delivered to the building/apartment to avoid issues of lost deliveries. Please check for a nearby pickup location (through Amazon lockers or UPS access point) to guarantee the receipt of your mail/packages.
