The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals, which you can enjoy in the dedicated dining area.



The bedroom has a king-sized bed and a desk, providing a restful spot for sleep or work. The bathroom is modern and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Reliable WiFi is available throughout the apartment, keeping you connected for work or streaming.

Please note, the unit is on the 2nd floor and accessible only by stairs.

Our apartment is situated in the relaxed and welcoming Belmont Cragin neighborhood, with plenty of local spots within easy reach.



Just a short 4-minute walk takes you to Olocuilta Pupuseria for a delicious meal, or head 15 minutes on foot to Chopin Park for some fresh air and outdoor time. A quick drive brings you to Hall Plaza for shopping, Belmont Center for restaurants and errands, and Kelvyn Park for more green space. For outdoor enthusiasts, The 606 trail is only 16 minutes away by car—ideal for cycling, jogging, or a scenic weekend stroll.



Getting Around:

Getting around the city is easy with public transportation nearby. The Belmont & Lockwood bus stop is just a 4-minute walk, Belmont & Long is about 7 minutes away, and Central & Wellington is roughly a 10-minute walk.
