- Disturbances may result in a ÂŁ250 penalty fee.
- Lost keys will incur a ÂŁ50 replacement charge.
- Please report any damage or issues to the property manager as soon as possible â failure to report could result in an additional charge.
- Any serious damage may be flagged to the booking platform and charges may apply.
Check-Out Information:
- Check-out time is 10:00 AM, unless agreed otherwise in advance.
- Late check-out without prior approval may incur a charge equivalent to an additional night.
- Kindly return keys to the original collection point before departure to avoid any penalties.
