STAY! in our inviting cottage that WE love to call AT the FOOT OF the POND. If it can't boast of being by a lake, you will still be charmed by our small pond that allows pedal boat, kayak, paddles. The chalet, located about 1 hour 15 minutes from Montreal, is just over 20 minutes from Montcalm ski resort and Forêt Ouareau regional park. It is perfect for friends or a family who want to live a stay full of pleasure and close to activities in Lanaudière.

outside! in our more than comfortable chalet. Every morning, you can watch the sunrise on the pond without any obstructions. We also have a SPA with a great RELAXATION AREA, an outdoor FIRE area and a BARBECUE AREA that are excellent for spending good time outdoors with family and friends at any time of the year. In summer, ON the EDGE OF the POND, it is rather the sound of sirens or water activities that will delight you. PEDAL BOAT, KAYAK and PADDLES are at your disposal (swimming NOT possible), as well as a SQUARE OF SAND for toddlers and a game module, to their delight. In the winter, sports enthusiasts will be delighted by our brand new OUTDOOR ICE RINK arranged directly on our grounds! Imagine ending your evening with roasted marshmallows as you see an abundance of stars sparkling in the night sky by the outdoor fireplace. Nets, hockey poles, and fun included!

And inside! Passionate about design and the arts, we put a lot of energy to add our original touch to make it warm. Everywhere, you'll be able to admire many works by extremely talented Quebec and Canadian artists to showcase talent from here! With a resolutely BEACHY and 3-story decor, our chalet, designed to accommodate 10 guests, includes 4 closed bedrooms, a fully-equipped kitchen, 2 full bathrooms, new and very comfortable sheets and pillows. The FIREPLACE is great in the winter and we have HIGH-SPEED INTERNET with Netflix, FOOSBALL table, pool table, arcades and board games for entertaining young and old. As we offer you the LATE CHECKOUT ON SUNDAY AT 8 P.M. WHEN POSSIBLE, you can make the most of your stay at the chalet!

EXPLORE! This corner of Lanaudière that is full of activities for all tastes and seasons. Skiing, hiking, etc. are just some of the activities that can be organized. In addition, several services are nearby (15 minutes): grocery store with mini SAQ, gas station, bakery and much more!

Other things to note
Here are two things to consider before renting

1– As our friendly neighbors live very close, there can be no PARTIES, NO loud music or any type of outside noise out of respect for them and for the residents living around.

2-Hour little piece of paradise is not on a majestic lake but on the edge of a small artificial pond. If SWIMMING IS NOT POSSIBLE, nothing prevents you from enjoying the different boats available to you: pedal boat, kayak and paddles. Don't bother your pleasure!

3- Bath and beach towels are not included
