THE SPACE
Professionally managed by Safiri, this high-end cabin hideaway is designed for maximum comfort and convenience. All wood walls, floors, and ceilings offer local country charm, while spa-like amenities in each of the bathrooms echo the serenity of the river out back. A fully-stocked modern kitchen with quartz countertops, a coffee bar with Keurig dual coffee pot with a single k-cup and full coffee pot maker come stocked with Folgers pods, filters, sweeteners, and creamers, so you can sneak away for a morning cup on the back deck or fuel up before an evening of games.

The cabin is also chock-full of amenities, including high Speed 100 Mbps WiFi, A/C units for upstairs and main level and basement areas, a laundry room with a washer and dryer with powder, a four-season hot tub, complimentary firewood for the firepit, and an infinity table with hundreds of games like Monopoly, Scrabble, Ticket to Ride, puzzles, drawing, and coloring apps.

NOTE

Please note that our HOA requires guest and vehicle information in order to register guests and create a personal gate access code. A request for this information will be sent to you upon a confirmed booking.

After each guest, we thoroughly clean the hot tub to ensure it's in pristine condition for your enjoyment. However, please note that the hot tub will not be immediately heated to your desired temperature upon your arrival. It takes some time for the water to heat up to the desired temperature, so we ask that you adjust the temperature as soon as you arrive if you plan on using the hot tub during your stay. The hot tub should bever be set above 104 degrees for health reasons.

Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior Ring doorbell camera mounted near the front door. The camera is outward facing and does not look into interior. An additional camera is pointed toward the driveway and does not look into the interior of the home or toward the hot tub.

Your total reservation fee for this home includes a per-booking damage waiver fee, including any applicable taxes. The damage waiver ensures coverage for any accidental damage caused to the home or its contents, including appliances and furnishings, up to a maximum of $1,500. Damage due to smoking and pets is excluded. To benefit from this coverage, you must report the incident to the host before you check out.

Cancel 30+ days before arrival: 100% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel 14+ days before arrival: 50% refund (minus Processing Fee)

Cancel fewer than 14 days before arrival: No refund

A non-refundable 4% Processing Fee applies to all reservations and is not returned in the event of cancellation.

HOUSE RULES

☞︎ This property requires a separate rental agreement to be reviewed and signed after booking. A link to the full agreement will be sent through the message thread in your booking confirmation. It includes guest and property details, stay dates, fees, house rules (e.g., no parties, no smoking, pet rules), cancellation terms, and guest/host responsibilities. Please note that check-in instructions will only be released after the rental agreement is signed.☞︎ No smoking is allowed (including vaping) anywhere on the property. If you smoke inside the home, you will be charged $500. You will be charged an increase in a cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

☞︎ Person booking and checking in must be at least 25 years old to reserve and must occupy the rental property throughout the whole booking.

☞︎ No parties or events are allowed. We are located in a residential community and, although this is may be a vacation destination, the area is predominantly families and professionals. This is doubtless part of its appeal to you too! Between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum.

☞︎ Maximum occupancy of 10 people. Off-site visitors are not permitted without prior permission and are subject to a $100 fee per extra guest.

☞︎ Pets are allowed. Up to two dogs under 65 pounds each are welcome for an additional fee plus taxes per pet, per stay. Dogs may only be left unattended in the cabin if they are crated. Please be sure to remove any dog waste from the yard and all public areas before departure. A $250 additional cleaning fee will be charged if waste is not properly cleaned up or if pets have been allowed on the furniture. Additional fees may also be assessed for any damage or excessive cleaning required due to pets.

☞︎ Fireplaces cannot be used between April 1 and September 30. Use of the fireplace during this time will result in a $250 fine. Be sure the flue is open. Please extinguish the fire and close the screen before leaving the home or going to bed. Turn off gas logs (if applicable), but leave the pilot light on. Do not move the gas logs in the fireplace. NEVER LEAVE A FIRE UNATTENDED WHEN LEAVING THE HOME OR GOING TO BED.

☞︎ Guest acknowledges that the cabin is located in the mountains of North Georgia. As such, you are likely to encounter wildlife (deer, bears, raccoons, snakes and bugs of various types, including wasps and/or hornets, etc). Guest agrees to not feed wildlife and keep a safe distance.

☞︎ We follow our stated cancellation policies under all circumstances. We highly recommend guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather-related travel issues (snow storms, heat waves etc.) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.

***Please note that street parking is not allowed and there are no community amenities available.

☞︎ If an item is left behind, we're happy to help return it. A $75 flat fee applies to locate, package, and ship forgotten items within the continental U.S. Payment is required before the item is shipped. Additional fees may apply for oversized, heavy, or expedited shipments. Items not requested within 14 days may be donated or discarded at our discretion.

☞︎Unapproved late checkouts may result in a $50 fee per hour (or partial hour) past the scheduled checkout time. If the delay interferes with the cleaning schedule or the next guest's arrival, additional charges may apply.

☞︎Gilmer County ordinances limit outdoor lighting during quiet hours.
Exterior string lights, landscape lighting, and other decorative outdoor lighting are set on automatic timers and will turn off at 10:00 PM. Please do not tamper with these timers. Guests will incur a $500 fee for using these lights after hours. Safety and security lighting may be on while actively being used but must be turned off at all other times.
