Right in the middle of fun things to do, but offering ultimate privacy to enjoy the hot tub, porches, and fire pit. The cabin boasts three porches, two of which offer stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Chattahoochee National Forest. Easy access to the Toccoa River (1mile), Long Creek Falls, and Appalachian/Benton MacKaye Trail (2miles). 15 minutes to downtown Blue Ridge. 30 minutes to downtown Ellijay. 18min to Mercier Orchard.

The idyllic outdoor space is perfect for multiple families or groups of friends. The cabin boasts three porches, two of which offer stunning views of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Chattahoochee National Forest. You can cozy up on the porch swing/bed with a good book or your favorite adult beverage (we recommend both) and feel the stress of life drift away. On the expansive back porch, enjoy a relaxing game of corn hole while preparing dinner on the Blackstone griddle or making your own pizzas. As the day winds down and gives way to night, gather around the Breeo smokeless fire pit and marvel at the stunning night sky while marshmallows roast over the flames. If you are still hungry, you can sear a steak on the rim of the fire pit or cook an entire meal using the attached grill screen. Enjoy this primal experience loved by world-class chefs and s'mores lovers alike.

Indoors, you will enjoy a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a beverage fridge. There is a large dining table with enough seating for 8, perfect for gathering and sharing a meal. The open floor plan allows you to look through to the living room, which contains a gas fireplace with a TV mounted above. But the real showstopper is the mountain views from the dining and living room windows. There are two couches and a chair that make this living space perfectly suited for fun gatherings with family and friends. Both the dining and living rooms open to the wrap-around porch, which features a griddle, outdoor table, porch swing bed, and hanging chair swing.

The game/bunk room is located in the basement and is perfect for guests to hang out, enjoy a game on the infinity game board, or watch a movie on the 70-inch screen TV! Can't forget the multicade with over 1000 games and a 4 person air hockey table. There is a bunkbed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The fourth bathroom is conveniently located on this level. A full-size washer/dryer is in the basement, tucked away in a separate room. There is access to the third porch that has the hot tub.

There are two bedrooms upstairs with amazing views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The bedrooms both have ensuite baths, king-size beds, dedicated workstations, and a TV in each room. There is a shared porch with two rocking chairs, with an even better view of the Blue Ridge Mountains and Chattahoochee National Forest.

Main Floor:
✦The third bedroom with a queen-size bed is found on the main level off the living room. It has a Jack and Jill bathroom, an en-suite bath that features a stall shower. This bathroom adjoins the hallway.

Game/Bunk Room:
✦The fourth bedroom is in the basement. There is a bunkbed with a full-size bed on the bottom and a twin-size bed on top. The basement is an open room that contains the bunkbeds, 4 person air hockey table, 70" TV, and 1000-game Arcade. Perfect for the kiddos to escape and set up camp! disasters/power outages/acts of God/etc.
✦There is a possibility of seeing a bear. Bears are dangerous; do not approach. Do not leave any trash on the porch to prevent attracting bears.
✦You will likely see and hear critters and bugs. We have a monthly pest control service, but due to being in the forest, they are abundant in the area.
✦Like every cabin in the area, the gas fireplace is shut down from April 1-October 1.
✦This property is monitored with one camera located on the exterior of the porch viewing the parking and front porch entrance. The camera records
audio and video when motion is detected 24/7.

★★Cabin Access★★
The cabin is situated in a picturesque mountainous area, which means the roads leading to it can be quite rugged and challenging, especially for vehicles that aren't equipped for such terrain. The final stretch of road, 0.25 miles (2-4min) leading to the property, is gravel with uneven surfaces. The driveway is steep, but it is concrete. All Wheel Drive vehicles are recommended. We routinely drive an All Wheel Drive minivan without issues to the cabin. There is ample room at the top of the drive to fit four cars and to turn around.

While most vehicles can navigate this road without issue, we have noticed that some cars with low ground clearance or smaller tires may encounter difficulties. We want to ensure your safety and the safety of your vehicle. If your car has low ground clearance or you're concerned about driving on gravel roads, we recommend considering an alternative mode of transportation for the final part of the journey, such as a rental with higher ground clearance.
