Mountain Mama cabin lies in the Chattahochee-Oconee National Forest. The cabin is in THE BEST location possible, just 15-minutes from Blue Ridge and Ellijay! This allows for you to easily visit both the awesome mountain towns during your stay. Mama is a secluded and private sanctuary, w/ 3 bedrooms + a bunk room (equipped with a sweet arcade game😎), 3 modern spa-like bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen, an awesome hot tub, and a movie room! She also has a full house generator if the power goes out (very important... make sure you book a cabin with one!)

🍳 KITCHEN:
Newly renovated in 2022, your kitchen is fully-equipped with gorgeous white quartz countertops, brand new stainless steel appliances and all of the kitchen essentials: Pots/Pans/Bakeware/Airfryer/Toaster Oven/Plates/Cups/Wine Glasses/Utensils/
NEW as of June 2024: a full barista worthy coffee bar with Brooklyn coffee beans, grinder, milk frother, Keurig machine, regular coffee pot machine, fresh press, flavored syrups, and an assortment of teas.

🛏 BEDS:
We provide 5-star hotel quality sleeping accommodations all of our guests. Each bed has a brand-new NECTAR mattress, 400TC lux sateen weave linens, and Buffy Cloud comforters. You will truly feel like you are sleeping in the clouds.

🧻 AMENITIES:
We provide Public Goods shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, as well as towels, toilet paper, paper towels & trash can liners. We also provide basic cleaning supplies.

🚪 ENTRY:
There is a keypad located at the front door for a simple keyless entry. Entry code will be provided to you 48 hours before arrival. The code is changed after every guest.

🅿️ PARKING:
There is enough room for 2 vehicles at the main base of the drive way, as well as a 3rd spot about halfway down the driveway (you will have to walk about 200 feet down to the cabin from this spot).

🚘 THE DRIVE TO THE TOP:
The cabin in located at the top of Rich Mountain, so the road can be a bit windy and steep at times. Take your time and enjoy the adventure! We recommend 4WD or AWD, if that's an option, if not though -- we have cars with FWD make it up but will take a bit more skill.

Pro tip: if you turn your radio down and open the windows, you can hear the sounds of the creek as you ascend to the top!

We have high speed internet! You are able to surf the web, stream videos and work remotely.
You can access your Hulu & Netflix accounts with the Smart TVs

🥾 OUTDOOR ACTIVITIES:
There are tons of things to do around here: hiking, fly fishing, horseback riding, mountain biking, kayaking, bird watching, SQUATCHIN' (look it up, lol.)--anything you can think of, Appalachia has it.

🔐 SECURITY:
A Ring security camera is located OUTSIDE on the front porch of the house for your security. This outdoor camera does actively record. NO cameras inside the property!

🐾PETS:
We do allow pets, BUT please only bring animals that are completely house trained.
