Venez découvrir la magie magnifique d'une cabane au bord de l'eau avec votre propre quai dans les Smoky Mountains de l'ouest de la Caroline du Nord! L'exposition sud assurera des journées ensoleillées et chaudes et une belle vue sur le coucher du soleil le soir. Le lac a de nombreuses cascades et vous pouvez louer différentes embarcations dans une marina à proximité pour explorer le lac ou pratiquer différents sports nautiques.

Visitez les villes voisines traditionnelles et pittoresques de Highlands and Cashiers tout en restant sur le lac. Le lac Glenville Ă  3800 pieds d'altitude a 26 milles de rivage, est de 4,5 milles de long et plus de 1460 acres est alimentĂ© par 5 ruisseaux de montagne. Vous pouvez profiter de l'eau rafraĂźchissante Ă  72 degrĂ©s tout en jet ski, tubing, pĂȘche et canotage. Le rivage scintillant du lac Glenville a des chutes d'eau, une ferme d'arbres de NoĂ«l et de belles maisons pittoresques.

Cette cabine de vacances en bord de mer en A a la chambre principale (avec un lit king-size extrĂȘmement confortable) et une salle de bain en bas. A l'Ă©tage dans le loft surdimensionnĂ© sont 4 lits jumeaux et une deuxiĂšme salle de bain privĂ©e complĂšte.

Vous pouvez prendre votre café chaud fumant à l'extérieur dans le porche grillagé pour vous pelotonner avec un bon livre ou sortir sur la grande terrasse adjacente pour profiter de la vue. La cabine a une cheminée, Internet sans fil, TV directe et toutes les commodités de la maison.

Le quai offrira des heures de divertissement. Vous pouvez apporter votre propre bateau ou en louer un dans la marina voisine et monter Ă  droite de votre quai sur votre bateau. Cozy, rustic cabin well equipped with everything you need to enjoy the lake. Covered screened porch and big open deck make living outside a pleasure. Owners take great care of their property and are attentive to their guest’s needs. Fantastic view!

Awesome lake location

Adorable lake cabin perfect for a small family ready for lake adventures- kayaks, fishing poles, and swim platform on clear & clean lake made for a wonderful vacation. The proximity to the marina was excellent to rent a pontoon boat for a day of exploring and tubing. Short drive into Cashiers for dining options was nice too. The cabin was well-equipped as if you were staying at a family home and not just a commercialized STR. Construction was going on at the house next door which wasn’t ideal for a quiet morning coffee on on porch, but no other complaints. Our boys counted 177 steps down to lake so it was quite the workout even for being a family in shape- maybe not the best for elderly or handicapped people. The back porch still had a wonderful lake view. We truly enjoyed our mountain/lake trip and would definitely rent again!

Lake Glenville

Cozy, but very well-equipped, cottage overlooking Lake Glenville. Just what we wanted. Beautiful views of the lake. Would definitely rent again if visiting the Glenville/Cashiers area.

Adorable home nestled in the mountains

This home was amazing! We were in town for a wedding. The location was perfect, secluded, yet close to beautiful hikes, waterfalls, and quaint towns. The view from the porch is unbeatable! The house was clean and well stocked with anything we could’ve needed. Thank you!! We will be back.

Great trip!

This is a great cabin on the lake! We got a great workout everyday walking up and down the stairs to the lake! Our dogs had the best time ever too. The sunset views from the deck are amazing! Would stay here again 😄 thank you!

Fabulous Views and Relaxation

My husband and I absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful Lakefront Cabin. It is a slice of heaven! The views were amazing and the house itself was very comfortable and relaxing. The decor was perfect for a lake retreat. It was very nice having both a screened in porch and the balcony to relax and enjoy the views. The master bed was very comfortable. We also very much enjoyed the wood burning fireplace and had plenty of firewood supplied for us. Having the dock with kayaks was an added bonus. The location of the cabin was perfect as it is in the middle of several neat towns and waterfalls. You can even head up to the Great Smoky Mountain National Park and do the railroad trip in Bryson City. Debra was a great host and very easy to communicate with. She answered any questions we had immediately. We would definitely recommend this cabin and plan to come back one day. Thanks for everything Debra and Mark!

Views of the lake from EVERY Room !

What a great time at this comfortable cozy cabin perched up the hill from the lake. BEAUTIFUL views of the lake inside and out. We greatly enjoyed our time and will be back. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen greatly supplied. Close to everything Cashiers and Highlands but away from the traffic. We will be back !

Fun lake times

This was my husband and I second stay at this property and once again it did not disappoint. It’s a beautiful cabin with an amazing Lake view, and we love the lake access because we have dogs and there are stairs into the water, which is perfect for getting them in and out we spent hours at the lake every day and we can’t wait to go back next year. The only downside as a dog owner that I can see is the yard space is a very steep incline so walking around the neighborhood is a better bet But that gives you great exercise on those hills so that’s a win-win :-) Deborah is very responsive and the access to kayaks is very kind

Loved This Lake Glenville Home

This was not our first visit to Lake Glenville, but was our first stay at this rental. First, the hosts are very responsive and when we had a problem with a paper hornet building a nest by the porch, they took care of it very quickly. Second, the house is perfect and has literally everything you will need. The two bathrooms had been recently renovated and the kitchen has everything imaginable, except a cookie sheet! The hosts provided paper towels and toilet paper, along with laundry and dishwashing liquids. Bring your own bathroom soap! Third, the dock is amazing and the lake water was even better. We brought our own pool noodles but there was an inner tube, plastic chairs, table, and two gravity chairs that we used every day. Prepare yourself for the 170+ steps to the dock and if the thought of 340+ steps round trip worries you, or you are elderly or handicapped, this is not the place for you. I’m not in the best shape and did just fine. Note, some stairs are moss covered and a little slippery. We loved our stay and have already reserved the home for next summer!

Summer getaway

Loved the house and location. Good outdoor spaces as well as indoors. Comfortable beds. Beautiful lake. Enjoyed the kayaks. Only downside was the long stairway to the dock. Some of us older folks struggled a bit but we knew this before we rented. Good exercise, right?

Clean and beautiful

The property was the cleanest we have had, which is saying something because we use Vrbo all the time and because being in the middle of the woods, one is likely to bring in dirt. Also, they had the sharpest knives of any kitchen we have used. I really appreciated that. It was a beautiful view, too. The house was really well-stocked with supplies. The steps are very steep, and I did slip one time, so be careful, but everything was great. Awesome, awesome week!!

Wonderfully appointed!

What a fabulous getaway! The cabin is very charming, clean, appointed with everything you could imagine you’d have at home! We enjoyed drinking coffee on the expansive deck overlooking the lake every morning. Great place to stay and very relaxing!

Lovely home with wonderful outdoor space. The view of the lake was beautiful. With the deck and covered screened in porch we were able to enjoy it even with the rain we had. The home was very comfortable and had everything we needed to feel welcome. We want to come back with our kids!

Great Mountain Getaway

The house was great, just what you'd expect for that mountain cabin experience. Clean and everything needed to be comfortable. Easy access to Cashiers, Highlands and Sylva, we hit them all and Happs Place is about a mile away, great food, drinks and 3 season room with a fireplace that opens to an outdoor area. Friday night they had a band on the outdoor stage. The access to the lake from the house includes 177 stairs, yes we counted, not ideal for small children or elderly. The lake is very clean, would have liked to see the 3 waterfalls visible from the lake but the marina wasn't renting boats for the weekend, probably because it was October and the high 30s morning temps discouraged taking the kayaks out. Overall a wonderful stay.

Lake cabin

Nice area and beautiful view of lake. Stairs down to lake are strenuous but great dock once you get there! I highly recommend the cabin. Debra, the owner, was very accessible and easy to work with.
